Welcome back to the special edition of Hannity no we just heard from Minnesota congresswoman Michelle Bachmann.
Well now it's the former CEO of godfathers pizza -- -- turn to tell us why.
He thinks he is the best person to take on President Obama in 2012.
-- it also -- it is going fantastic now I have a strategy all along has been to develop a very strong ground game.
You know that the top down game was you got hot name ID.
You got a lot of money and you've held public office before.
But my approach our approach has been I don't have either one of those so let's go out and meet the people talk to the people.
Share of those common sense ideas that I've been talking about about how we solve problems in this country and it's been resonated with people the second thing.
That's resonating with people which is why I do believe that I am now performing as well as I am in terms of the polls is my problems sobbing background.
People won't problems solved.
Not its kicked down the road and I think that that's resonating.
And I believe the -- -- mean to people respond to meet even though.
I did star with the war chest I did start but that remains high name ID him and I also think based upon the reaction from people around the country.
More and more people all ready.
For someone different in the white house with a business background as a problem solve -- and not just some of the politics fun because you just ran into Bob Beckel before he came out here yeah he's been and then he says -- you.
Where did you come from.
And miles above my mama heard about it he's -- about the polls where -- for -- what does giving out there and doing.
Obama come from money that's my question back to him up.
I -- it let me ask you this because you never held office before yes -- -- you say.
You those standard I don't -- I'd say well the people don't want most of the people to Washington DC have.
How's that working out boss at which is a great line we'll look at out of debt crisis and the economy is stuck its all the we -- in these wars and we don't have any idea what victory looks like.
And you gonna tell me that having previous.
Our office -- an experience is a good thing.
I don't think so how does your background for those that don't know you you can -- a little -- -- but you're the CEO godfathers pizza yes it was a major turnaround under your leadership right away tell everybody a little -- why do you think your background would better qualify you.
Coming from the private sector -- -- let's go all the way back to when I went to Pillsbury.
I -- I worked at the Pillsbury company climbed the corporate laugh before was cool for black that black got to be vice president.
So I became a vice president at the Pillsbury company why they gave me a very complex difficult problems solved and I -- a bit.
What was the problem the problem was they had a world headquarters project where they were trying to move.
People from now locations around the Twin Cities into the -- -- world headquarters building I had to manage to completion of the world headquarters building.
I had the man is the building and construction of a new computer day the senate.
I had to manage the acquisition of a new -- computer and also had the managed the integration of Green giant with consumer products division.
What -- took over this project.
It was behind.
And -- budget.
And we finished ahead of schedule and the low budget it was a complex problem.
I was able to put together a team and we -- that then -- the Burger King.
What the burger King and I was assigned to burger -- worst region.
In terms of profits growth and profits growth in sales -- -- new store development all that a major metrics in three and a half years.
The -- the region was the best in everything I'm a problem -- then one of what the godfathers.
It was supposed to go bankrupt.
-- -- But I didn't get the memo.
And the people in the company didn't get the memo.
What do that do what's the right problem.
Surround -- -- -- good people.
Put together the right plans in order to fix the problem and we.
The steals that I used.
To solve problems in the business sector including the national restaurant mussel season when out of the -- -- CEO and president of the national restaurant -- station.
-- applicable leading this nation best swapped the lead people to respond to what extent.
I if you look at -- Obama's background and I've looked at it exhaustively as extensively.
Before the election and all during his presidency here.
One of the biggest problems I see it in his background hung out with radicals -- -- has extreme views yes and never met and not that I can see.
Ever met a payroll I have.
A you have -- -- much much smaller way than I was never the vice president of -- very -- -- never you know the CEO of godfathers but in my own way when it taught me so much.
When people would dependent on need to keep my business running with a bad mortgages to pay I was -- young kid I still had to you know live up to my side of the bargain.
What it what what is the difference I mean it it do you think he's even qualified based on his lack of -- experience.
No and here's why.
First of all they know how to listen.
They know how to ask the right questions.
So if you've never been in a situation where you had to.
Create jobs lead a business all challenge you could buy houses you don't know direct questions to ask.
This is why the president's economic policies have failed them.
He had five people that he trusted -- that made up his senior economic advisory team.
Bill won the steel layoff is Tim Geithner tax cheat that you -- the taxi -- -- -- one is left leaders know how to listen.
And they know how to ask the right questions.
In order -- get to the right place the prison a problem with him as you analyze him is that his rigid ideology.
Gets in the way yes of of his ability to ask questions -- -- has -- -- the right answers to and then he surrounds himself well people are just totally agree with -- absolutely right not only is his rigid ideology.
Government is better.
So let's make government bigger or you have to do is look at what he's done but it is also.
Not having any real life practical experience running anything that's how you learned how to -- right questions.
And that's how you learn how to challenge the people that give you this advice so you put together right plan.
