Well I think you know just going back to what I said in the book obviously you know the two critical elements for me in my life.
Is my family and my faith -- of course football's a part of -- I do every day so.
It's a topsy turvy world of of college football and there's a lot of moving parts in there.
But that's part of the business and you know I explain a lot of that in the book on how that transition took place from -- -- -- -- -- horrible they've even even though it's you know we endured that albatross of five -- nineteen around -- -- all worked out for the -- It did any talk about it when it's -- -- the military because I read the military biographies you talk to them is like.
When a coach because you've become part of the ten to become part of the community -- bigger than the team social life.
So does your family your kids -- to go to school if it loses to a three games in a row the kids here and in school.
Well it's and that you know going back to the book you know we explain a lot of that in your right it's.
You know you submerge yourself and into you know your heart and soul into -- program with the kids with the community.
It's a hard situation to leave any of those.
You know I haven't seen very many situations where a coach who leaves a school to go to another one and it is an easy move so.
The wives are a lot of times like you said in the military -- their left you know kind of -- Hold everything together and it's just a tough situation one -- he did he say when either Hartley Iowa State I'm an -- chaplain.
And I'm gonna have spiritual advisor for the for the players for the Fed that for the fans for the players and the coaches and and you why is that important.
Brian it's important me because again you know that's a huge part of who my wife John and myself far and it's what we believe in him.
And what I do for a living I'm a father and husband as well as a football coach.
And I hang my hat on a lot of my faith to get me through all of the things that you have to endure.
As a college football coach so simply put.

In the White House what was that like it was great you know our President Obama did a great job I really.
Appreciated and our players appreciated him taking time to shake everybody's hand but it was a great trip you know our guys and -- they're -- to go play -- somewhere.
It might not really get out of -- very much in and it was a great experience for them to be able to go to the White House.
And experience something they can tell their kids and grandkids and one of the guys -- Cam Newton do you will do you win a national championship without that's superstores are quarterback.
