But Casey's defense team saying they believed from the beginning that she was innocent.

Casey did not murder -- It's that simple you cannot.

Convict someone.

Until they've had their day in court this is a lesson.

To those of you has been indulged and media assassination for three years.

Well Phil Keating has been our man outside the courthouse in Orlando Florida -- good morning gather how likely is -- that Casey Anthony walks free this week.

It's certainly possible -- in the realm of possibility that judge development -- here tomorrow.

Time served -- good enough you've been in jail for the most part of three years you can walk free but more likely she'll probably serve another year or two.

In the orange county jail before he's finally -- -- because the 412 days that she was sentenced start eating up most of that.

Three years in jail for Casey -- those were for a six counts of check fraud.

So -- with a judge does but.

Prosecutors certainly thought that they had -- plenty of evidence that was all circumstantial.

But they had the crime scene evidence.

They had all of that testimony of the stench of human decomposition.

But it's possible that the defense raised.

The big question though is for the prosecution team is what did they do potentially wrong here because they were certainly very confident.

We're disappointed with the verdict today.

And surprised.

Because we know the facts and we put in absolutely every piece of evidence that existed.

Our team did an exemplary job I'm proud of them and I stand by their work and I never ever criticizing jury.

There is is the task of deciding what to believe.

The prosecutor also said that what would really hampered the case -- fact that the decomposition in the six months it took to actually find Caylee remains.

The family issued the following statement through one of their attorneys quote despite the baseless defense chosen by Casey Anthony.

The family believes that the jury made a fair decision based on the evidence presented the testimony presented the scientific information presented and the rules that were given to them.
