Casey Marie Anthony has been found not guilty of murdering her two year old daughter Caylee now this stunning verdict was handed down this afternoon by the jury.

After less than eleven hours of deliberation in addition to being found not guilty of first degree murder.

She was also acquitted of manslaughter and aggravated child abuse however she was found guilty of providing false information.

I think what -- successfully managed to do is something many many if not virtually all commentators failed to do.

He separated in the jury's mind he asked that the separate Vera motion.

Their absolute this case over this defendant and her lifestyle and her narcissistic.

And her selfishness.

And her partying.

On the grave of her child.

Whether the child died by accident in the swimming pool or by her own hand and -- homicide or by the hand of someone else -- -- homicide.

He managed to -- made the jury loose from what happened.

After the child died and had been focused on the facts and circumstances.

That led up to that child's death.

And whether or not the state prove beyond that to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt that this defendant committed the crime she was accused them.

And clearly the jury saw right through it right and they -- that not only did you overcharged that this death penalty but you have not proven your case.

I did when this first hit but when this case came out we saw the 31 days that -- and -- the way the mother reacted.

It was beyond human understanding for me and for others and there was an assumption.

The lies about the many of the lies about the job at universal what lies about the rich boyfriend.

At that point it seems almost incontrovertible.

They did not prove their case judge.

What you've gotten here is a case where a two year old body is found in a swamp.

It's suicide she did not die of old age she did not have a terminal illness.

So the question is what happening -- there's no question that now the jury is made a decision.

That this defendant is to be acquitted on all major counts as it relates to the death of this child.

The victim is dead and cannot come back and testified we are sending a message.
