Was a little more than a year ago when we got this video of the SCI you union protest and at the home of the -- America executive.

And touching off controversy over what exactly is fair.

This after they terrorize the bankers young son who was home alone at the time now -- getting our first look at this seventy plus page.

Bullying handbook of sorts.

Put out by the Service Employees International Union now this offers ways.

To use outside pressure to push companies to the brink of bankruptcy saying quote.

Outside pressure can involve jeopardizing relationships between the employer and lenders investors.

Stockholders.

Customers.

Clients patients tenants politicians or others.

On whom the employer depends for funds.

And the manual does not stop there are offering ways to quote threaten the employer with costly action by government agencies.

Or the courts and goes on Michelle Malkin is a Fox News contributor she joins me now on the -- Hi Alison -- used glimpse into their playbook if you will because the SE -- U is in court right now defending itself against charges of racketeering and extortion so they've had to sort of open their books.

And reveal some of their tactics what are we learning about how they plan some of these protests -- other thing.

Yeah right and first -- -- a tip of the hat to Vincent for new -- was labor council.

Policy guy at that Competitive Enterprise Institute he's the one who really shed light on this.

-- tactic play book.

Over the weekend in the pages of The Washington Times and just to be clear there's nothing new about going after corporations and shaking down.

These executives in this man this is something that the Service Employees International Union the largest.

Growing public sector union in America has been doing for years and years and in fact.

Prior to so -- so.

Finally this Rico lawsuit to.

Shed light and expose all of the racketeering and extortion that's been going on by bit later there was a previous attempt.

To hold SE -- U accountable for these.

Thug tactics and that was by another company blackened -- seven several years ago.

I think what's most insidious is that what they're doing Allison is extracting millions and millions of dollars of hard earned union dues from rank and file workers.

And then using those workers as their shock troops.

To try and shake down these companies I mean this is not political free speech.

That's what the big labor will try and argue here this crosses the line clearly.

In two systemic and systematic intimidation and bullying.

By labor to get its way.

So let's remember back into a year ago.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- When this month showed up at the executive for Bank of America's home and his son was alone in the house had to -- barricade or locked himself.

In the bathroom he we know from phone calls was clearly distressed didn't know if the -- was actually gonna try to calm manner -- what was gonna happen.

So does the -- reveal.

What they were doing that day what -- and.

Distractions were.

Yet they're clear instructions were to go after the family members.

To go after the personal.

Private property of these executives.

To intimidate them.

And and clearly the idea is to get these company executives to capitulate in order to protect their families.

And this is something that they've been ratcheting up over the last several years of the Obama administration.

Fortunately that one was caught on tape.

And fortunately we had our our fox colleague Nina Easton who happened to be -- neighbor of this poor family who was able to for provide.

A pretty much first -- testimony of these thug tactics.

But like this that this is not new and there's a whole litany.

Of companies and company executives have been subjected to these tactics what makes it even worse is that you have an unholy alliance.

Between the SE IU and several so called community organizing.

Outfits.

That are recruited to go ahead and go and -- and trespassed.

Go on to this private property in some cases they've gone to the schools.

Of children of company executives this has happened in new England's.

It's happened with bank executives and it's demonization tactics it's politics of personal destruction.

When the union cannot get its way on Capitol Hill in congress or with the White House.

I mean I think what you're referring to is his line in the manual that says it details the use of community groups as you just said.

To quote damage employers public image -- and ties with community leaders and organizations obviously showing up on someone's front lawn.

Of -- is the interest of all of your neighbors as opposed to going to a bank headquarters where you -- protest.

Certainly and accusing them in big banners and signs of Bob.

Being slave owners -- slave holders capitalist pigs in some cases having effigies.

-- -- And and I think they really need need to be called to the carpet but.

It's an extension of what former.

As -- -- -- chief Andy Stern called the persuasion of power its power at the end of closed fist.

And that's how they do business.

Michelle Malkin thanks so much for joining us and helping to reveal what's inside this -- -- -- you bet.

Meanwhile --
