The reality here is that for too long.

Too many institutions.

Have been able to play games in the legislative process and -- result of that game play.

Consumers have given been given short -- it was the age of the adhesion contracts.

Which is you'll do what I want you to do -- I want you to do it even if I don't even tell you what the walls -- I don't even tell you whether -- ramifications are.

My question is is it not better.

For this country force small legitimate businesses to compete against other businesses that are playing fairly.

Is -- not in the best interest of this country.

For consumers.

Not to be taken advantage of so -- money goes for things that help the economy -- consumers as opposed to being scammed away.

From them I have to ask this question -- it and it looks like this is gonna go ahead who use this.

Richard court -- and how was he -- and kind of weird this is the former Ohio attorney general but.

How would seem right for this job and what happened to Elizabeth Warren somebody that Americans might even be familiar -- Elizabeth Warren in the eyes of many people because she was as -- consumers she was and I was one of her biggest -- -- -- -- her -- past.

For some reason there -- these sort of trigger phrases.

And enforcing and I know I was in consumer law enforcement for years pro consumer somehow means anti business which it doesn't.

You can be pro consumer and business neutral.

Elizabeth Warren was extremely outspoken very pro business you can hear pro consumer -- okay.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- Yeah you -- the truth of the matter is they're giving -- can be a win win operating in an environment where.

Businesses are competing fairly and legitimately -- each other.

Operating in an environment where consumers are not distrustful of business I mean we're living environment right now.

That based on the past few years consumers don't trust businesses they don't.

And businesses don't trust consumers this is how far you'll go visit us they don't trust banks correct them.

They still trusted -- as coffee shop I can't think they still trust that tenants like watching out our coffee pot but that's Pacific nations would it take this name let me.

Do they know that some credit -- coffee shop isn't quietly -- their credit cards is so in the information because someone else -- -- -- talk about the recycled paper there there are.

You know that that's full responsibility.

Shipment numbers are to have some kind of cyber protection against its you know when the process credit cards and and -- the custodians that information.

That is little things that happen over the years like when you when you cross your credit card at the point of sale.

It no longer shows you have no longer access and looked as -- a business -- except for the last with the right card right no other information.

And that if you want another -- you have to get a court order to get it get period so -- stuff happens sure.

But do you think that there are already some stop there -- -- African or anybody can -- can I.

Happens -- -- got to get to commercial break but Adam Levin I wanna give you the last word on this.

Is there anything that people need to know about immediately and work and they go for more information.

Well they have made the actual consumer financial protection bureau has a site.

And they can go to that can connect -- -- your site they can come to our credit dot com can get information from thousands you know and how to find it there and because that might be a lot easier for people because there I mean and I I mean this respectfully.

There are so many agencies within the government -- start with the word consumer.

Or this letter C in my take a while.
