Good afternoon welcome to fox car for a live on Gary -- -- me in the studio today automotive editor consumer search dot com Alex Munoz thanks for coming via text here and from California our friend -- for -- stone a couple of weeks ago from the smoking tire.

-- speeds the car show.

Out in Los Angeles thanks for coming back again -- What's up -- they Alex meanwhile what's going on in.

That emphasized to -- our show last night 10 PM speed sister Erica network of foxnews.com.

Has the response been from the folks.

Back it speed headquarters in down -- North Carolina.

Well it's been pretty good I think they like the show I think.

You know it's a fine balance between finding -- show that guys like me this super geeks who.

Wanna watch and then you know something that's a little more for the masses so I think we're we're trying to.

Get our rhythm going in I think last night's episode was certainly better than the first one then.

You know hopefully we can now please everybody so it's not an easy thing to do you guys still -- or is it can now and we're just watching episodes.

We have an eight episodes completely finished all the field pieces all the films for the whole season -- Don.

But we are gonna finish the the rest of the studio segments in August and September so that the the -- stuff that we talk about is a little more current.

Good -- keep it fresh.

One of the best jobs of course a car guy could want although the guy on the phone right now.

We haven't even better one joining us from I think Auburn Hills, Michigan at Chrysler headquarters is the head of design for the entire Chrysler corporation.

He's also the president and CEO of -- motor sports and its newly formed.

SRT performance division Ralph Jill thanks for -- today Ralph.

Great to have you back listen you've got a lot on your plate but that's that's tasty stuff -- you're probably enjoying a meal program.

-- So -- Crisis created this new SRT brand now we've seen yes thirteen a monologue your highest performance cars over the past decade or so.

What changes now that it becomes a stand alone brand now we're gonna see dealerships right at some.

Nadal noble legacy -- better.

Relationship with their dealers and especially the customers I think it's it's been.

It also internal by the way to protect the of the team inside to -- -- -- -- we don't get distracted state more focused.

And we can do a better job of creating kind of a culture internal and external culture at a -- Isn't working -- do you as the head -- T look around the portfolio and say hey we wanna get our hands on that or did the division guys come do you say -- can make her car a little cooler.

We talked earlier about addiction and it's Buddhist so we'll be whether it's engineering cards each product planning -- -- myself you know qualified -- Exactly they Gideon duties would say publicly admit that -- looks like if we did this actually put this -- could go faster could be sleeker.

Up the same things and we're -- we -- selectively Canada -- we can either make products scratch the vipers products which is pretty much -- a certain product from scratch.

But the challenger in Grand -- as surrogates things like that.

Our derivative product but they're sold change that by the time he tried -- they feel very different sort -- -- -- how routers but with fewer resources.

Now we know there's another driver coming next year -- the year after that is that gonna only be and that's thirteen branded vehicle or is dodge get want to.

There's dozens of lower back to doubt you know that's kind of -- through its orbit predominately -- position as the search collection.

Now is is this sort of thing a money maker for Chrysler or is this just about building halo cars -- -- -- searching cars actually.

In the early days there was it was a little humble kind of -- -- so to speak -- in the discussion -- early days of the crew was exactly that Mozilo but.

As the -- get better the foundation trucks get better and better were able to command more premium and we found out that it's extremely profitable matter of fact.

-- even probable for almost seven years now.

Now Chrysler's and other performance division -- -- which is about exactly that -- performance parts for the cars.

But they've actually put their name on a couple of models is remote part challenger that was out last year -- hard charger available now is that still gonna happen error or disaster T take over the actual branding of the cars.

Look at things a little different I mean they tend to complement -- there in their featuring the parts they have collected onto one card Sunnis are -- -- can get you'll individually or together as a system.

Well we actually help them design -- there's some sort of surgical operation behind the scenes there's room for both having no part will be selective no special additions very very exclusive.

But predominantly they're gonna and you do they've always been an inability to really take -- there -- products and they're giving up more into -- broad.

Also there's going to be a lot of growth -- -- as well I think this particular made exclusive and -- the highest performance related to the president so.

Both are also very inch involved in the racing side of things Chrysler you guys are having to drag race and offer recent court.

Oval track grazing as well like any other series you're gonna start moving into every -- -- sports cars -- -- like that.

Absolutely have -- that actually got a lot of interest from the outside in them a lot of people come and knock on the door they want race whether it's calendars and maybe it's something voters again.

Hmmm yes a lot of interest have got my -- on road course racing and NASCAR's doing really well.

-- -- third in the chase I couldn't be happier that it so all of that ultimate remote support -- they umbrella.

Yeah.

Any chance we could see your Chrysler engine of one of those new Indy cars coming exterior that no matter.

-- chance yet.

I -- said he just unleashed here at 2012 line -- of -- searching cars a challenger 300 the charger in the Granger could be all of the big six point four -- Handing out -- very proud of its -- -- to star.

V6 is that something -- search he's gonna get its hands on.

And guess what everything we've got also some -- in the works a lot of potential there.

In the six celebrate nobody is a focus because it's modular in the beautifully that created the same -- -- -- for the products it's very cost effective for us to develop.

And because it's so big -- can only run them torso there's quite a bit at times that's new this year we are able developed over the balance you know we're able to put a little more drama.

Consideration for a fuel economy -- at the same -- -- horsepower.

That's something you're actually worried about and -- -- got to worry about the field now.

Always it's insecticide -- -- some of them.

Most television hasn't happened to be the powerful to.

It does go hand in hand to a certain extent it.

More more efficiency for power more efficiency for fuel efficiency we just -- the picture the Grand Cherokee SRT eight up there it.

That's -- -- product we've seen with the Jeep name on it is your chance that gets expanded at all.

It likely that unity is not for off road -- -- it was kind of experiment for the first generation it'll of that label -- an element.

And that's -- pretty well but it uses an attractive capability and in a different way how's the -- the launch capabilities incredible.

The vehicle it's actually hard to make it slide I tried my best to restrict recently think it's just -- -- to the country impressed.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- All this drive system that has that he has -- the part of where it was when you need it kind of the reverse of what we're seeing crossovers that are for a drive send it to the back can you.

Like a burnout button that lock her drive for a given all wheel drive charger with a V8 but I wanna be -- smokes and tires.

Yeah you have that a good idea to base our -- charges -- dreaded circular only you're dressed.

That's come up internally people -- is that economic ventricular frustrated we couldn't do to burn out Trulia.

We internally developed special -- when we make that available to have to another question.

I like at -- burn up or call us looking tired but dramatic -- from this entire network chargers used to have a car called the magnitude there's some rumors going around.

That you guys -- -- about bringing that back the station wagon full size station wagon could we -- be seen that.

That's doing absolutely the -- about the -- and we -- out in California during a media event and disperse some in the California was the best market for the Mac and we sold more than a disproportional amount of magnum there.

And we just out of left and right everyone started talking about them because they were totally modified everyone has access to an aftermarket -- paint job or something.

It's very interest -- about out of it's we just were -- -- -- we miss that car so the rumors started with that as we haven't.

Commiserate with the media so there really isn't any plans right now our focus on the products we have.

That it's a bummer I'm a big fan -- actually do seem to quite often do -- listen when you're had not done -- last year.

You took the step of creating demand and the -- version of the -- grand caravan minivan.

Are you gonna be doing -- SRT version of the minivan.

Nobody would know how to transfer over you a lot of that the the men -- stuff came from our European ventilation so -- -- -- version -- -- -- in -- address and -- -- country.

And it's a lot different you know the Europeans have you know heroes and we do typically.

So that's bringing that over in the and keep part of it but BS are key thing that yet but maybe they come over maquiladora -- -- criticized but you you'll be seeing -- -- certainty any -- Now -- back to the viper lastly you know we know there's one come -- you said it probably have traction control there's a picture going around today.

That as a steering wheel with cruise control laws it is is cruise control coming to the viper.

These -- mention that it's been them -- control and cup holders would be -- -- argument seventeen meters and the community.

And certain things we can you -- -- -- you -- research with the customers if it becomes you know it might not be -- bad -- so we're considering it is that we saw that over.

At least preparing the vehicle that agent with the water it's exceptionally easy to cruise control.

This is the potential up.

If you didn't cup holders make sure they're very deep I've had a couple -- high performance is reasonably but you're really shallow at a Sony and there isn't gonna have to guess who just worth 100 cars and and I.

And a beverage unit -- realize that right off.

-- the -- -- and I know a lot of it's still secret two we expect.

Kind of the same thing just advance or is it possible that this is gonna be just something out of the ballpark that that no.

I can't go well and it's gonna be some special they'll be old Malia.

The thing people collect because it and or maybe even just electric.

Our rob kill and I think you're making your titles you have too many of right now but I really appreciate -- -- Alex Chrysler really going hard with the performance forget the fuel economy that -- likes to push in General Motors cut all over the -- they've just taken this you know where this -- an American company would get these -- cars in another made in Canada which -- get -- everybody's -- you think that's a good move for the littlest that the Big Three.

Yeah I think it's actually a smart move because -- sets them apart especially when you see the advertising on television everything your.

If they're selling something that you don't really see -- that often I know did GM did that corporate commercial you know.

-- several months ago which -- which was an exciting thing because you -- really see high performance vehicles marketed that way.

But for -- for for Chrysler and general and the dodge -- especially to sort of go all out and and sort of you don't need to tweak everybody and -- it would be me -- performance cars and here it is and it's awesome I think that's I think that's fine because.

That's not the only thing but.

It's it's nice it's a nice way to promoted and it gets people's attention.

Matt how important -- -- these companies to have the internal performance brand as opposed to just Kevin he's -- cars -- -- with the children 390 to be just as good but wasn't.

And SRT do you think that really helps it.

I mean it's very important you know I know the guys at -- S -- here while and it's really important to give the guys.

You know freedom to just think -- performance all the time you really wanna have.

You know at least a few guys over there just speaking about how to make this thing go faster but I actually want to call you out Gary.

A little bit.

You know you you didn't you didn't ask about weight reduction I mean I know the best -- -- -- that grade 64 motor NN.

They've always had a good good motors but they've always been so heavy I thought you would at least -- -- -- -- plans to.

Focus on weight reduction in the SRT brand.

I was one of the jump in there.

Ottawa overshadowing -- had a that I don't expect to see any carbon fiber body for panels on the charger and it comes -- Not necessarily carbon fiber but I mean let's face it you know the challenger even with a giant motor is still a slow car.

And if it was lighter it would be fast so I just thought.

I'd like to -- in this.

Just that but.

We'll see bringing them back next.

Think that's a benefit but you -- you're not having that at a challenger at -- compared to the mustang and the Camaro which is itself a pretty heavy car but it really is in a different.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Version of that -- I mean the challenger is a great you know great cruising car a lot of curb appeal -- -- agreed sounded.

Good on the highway but you know you don't wanna attract national mustang -- -- noon while there answered that his challenger track back which it would be ten from the -- and so you know again they're not really thinking about when yeah yes it's our badges that horsepower.

And cylinders but let's go back to a forward as to be Tina SRT.

Chrysler really obviously going to be marketing that pretty heavily creating a separate brand and put not relevant charging given them the president and CEO title it's a pretty big title for performance division within a company Fortis -- they make two cars currently.

The raptor and the Shelby GT 500 -- you -- -- raptor.

Do you ever tell people I own an SBT raptor or you tell people you are -- dramatic -- -- branding problem there as far as -- -- as a selling point is concerned.

You know -- IE I I sort of agree with you in that the GT 500 isn't branded it -- -- these brand that is Shelby.

And and I think.

I don't say I have an SVC raptor I suppose it just adds to the name I just say raptor and most people know what I'm talking about.

You know I.

I wish I had a better answer for you I think I think they do have a branding issue I think their engineers are phenomenal and they build a really quality products.

But adding the letters as -- need to the names of their cars doesn't really do a whole lot for me you guys.

What do you think I was -- I -- -- enable a better -- -- -- I mean this goes back even they even farther right it matches drove one of them like the greatest SBT vehicles ever during bull run that -- are.

But you couldn't over our yeah I mean it's really one of -- one of the ultimate performance vehicles ever made by buying American auto maker that -- -- take over are we you can even go back.

That car -- -- so funny I swear I've started -- dollars in the first half with a bull run.

I really I thought I was in light -- top gear crap car challenge.

Because the car like it wouldn't go over one Tenet had this crazy vibration.

And it turns out it was that giant -- -- We took that off after while and the car just became an animal I mean I swear.

This car is so underrated in terms of horsepower we did a poll.

Against the Lamborghini Gallardo it was dead even he could not pull on us and our -- -- eleven year old Dutch.

That's fronts with -- -- really wasn't very unhappy.

Above -- 110 and I spoke to.

-- all -- -- who said that it needs to be reinforced.

On the side.

If you actually plan on going that fast apparently it's it's a design flaw that.

Most people don't realize they don't actually go that -- -- them but once you do this for the front splinter off the car was it was great love that car.

But even when you go back I mean nobody I never referred to those cars -- as -- call received you don't have regular -- -- -- there are always mustang covert.

Yeah that definitely suburban Arabic for four plus they just need more performance cars to perform high performance cars and one of the beer truck.

Is there really gonna do and I think in the face of what General Motors has going on now -- -- get rid of their high performance division.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- And of course the -- line over at.

All over it Cadillac.

But they've got just a ton of the highest performance versions of their cars and that this really seems like something for -- that.

Get on with the enemy Lincoln right now doesn't have anything along those lines.

But actually I think we're overlooking some things that mean Ford has the focus ST coming out which will hopefully lead to an RS version.

You know you've got the the Ford Taurus as -- show which people really aren't talking about anymore was actually quite a nice -- to drive and and surprisingly quick.

I it would be nice if you know -- -- he's a very small team it's only like ten people total.

And be nice if -- if they were given a little more rain to work over some of their cars but.

From what I hear they have some new exciting product coming on the next couple years -- talked to them this morning and they seemed busy.

Although this is got a funny.

My wife got Knight had recently not since I was really into -- and I'm not incredibly impressed by the iPad but the one reason to get it is real racing.

-- HD.

Basically like Granger is not free but on the iPad such a pretty good game except some of the cars aren't that good release that impressive one of them though is the Chevy cobalt SS.

Which is around a couple years ago and Michigan screen grab from the game here a woman noticed there's a for about this.

That car any HH RSS had that cool little performance computer that you can get for -- now ordered.

Happening that like why can't get that -- well why -- General Motors just give that up is pretty neat.

That was kind of a neat little little feature it was like one of only redeeming qualities EH HR.

SS.

-- I drove one of those things actually my friend bought one for his wife and it was like.

Such such a waste of a perfectly good drive train.

No -- champ -- no lift shift on the you're right up -- I mean it's -- great engine but the white masks that those cars -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- satisfied it was a good a good.

Good feature -- its let me know they should add that as an option at least at the very least the dealer installed option would be pretty cool -- incorporated unit had -- when ZL one Camaro yeah shall be cool.

I.

Let's sort of a real super cars right now actually just one real super car I would imagine another what we've been here about the -- for a bit now the Shelby super car.

Whenever it was going to be called it the replacement for the aero -- -- seventy.

Five miles an hour thirteen 150 horsepower some like that this company based in the tri cities of Washington State.

They built maybe be -- for these cars in the best of their presence in this car but now we have a name for produce an independent.

And Hannah big I another insure any of those are -- that's probably want to hear that -- -- -- and a few in the Middle East but the new look has a new game and it is.

What Tara which is apparently a fast -- involving lizard found in Australia something like that.

That it's an American car it's an American super car -- let's give -- pronounce that name it's worse than -- a good word to blogger these.

Names of Volkswagen comes up with MR -- is I think that's a terrible name Kennedy could just try and wage you -- for particles -- -- Miles an hour.

I think they're copying.

Mas does your -- and I donny's quite are.

And all that stuff but I mean forget the name for a minute.

Jason -- -- and design car you know it doesn't look like -- diablo anymore it looks like a car that's worth a million box.

You know thirteen hundred horsepower twin Turbo V8.

They've by the end of the time they finish the aero they learned how to make an interior.

Hopefully they evolve that further I mean I'm pretty confident.

But this is gonna be a car that that is worthy of -- million dollar price tag for once and they're going -- carbon Monica -- instead of a tube frame.

You know when I was talking of those guys a few years ago I said to them -- not that I'm taking credit for this but I said.

You don't build a car that costs a million dollars but make it worth a million dollars and if this thing looks as good.

As a dozen pictures in the performance numbers suggest I think they've got a winner.

So think of Farrah would be a good name for that -- that she'll be super cars that are right is individual he revealed that he even got it bad it is it still on the road again it's it is pretty wild looking gorgeous Jason Castro had a certainly knows that it draws super car we'll see -- these guys.

Know how to build it do what sort of a -- from the past now that's going to be going on sale.

At the Gooding auctions Google company auctions at Pebble Beach and a couple weeks.

This is 1957.

Ferrari Testa -- in fact -- very first one it was a prototype.

Supposedly this whatever actually won a race this is a very successful line of cars this particular one.

Never -- but it was the very first.

Version of one of the most sought after cars of all time.

Alex this is from the year when -- really was over function.

Cars like this you know that it did -- just you know that was one thing but they made the bodies -- -- -- -- to -- purpose I mean if you've ever seen 250 tester innocent person its bid their breath -- and and you and I sort of discuss this on the side before we we came on these these cars are works of art.

And and the price is justified because of the rarity.

I mean we're where you get something like network -- basically don't exist they're so rare.

And they're so beautiful and and these this is an example a perfect craftsmanship.

Met people heard.

Not car people are shocked that this might get eighteen million or more dollars who would pay so much for car you know over the loop right now they have -- display of Ralph -- Collection of cars number his cars are there right -- many of those in the tens of did you know ten million dollars or more millions of dollars or more.

How what do people getting get the point when cars are works of art removing works -- where they're more than that it works of art -- an engineer behind and they're not just a painting on wall.

Yet it's different -- -- her for non car guys to understand why a car would be so valuable but.

If you've -- if you could you explain to somebody how important the words Testa Rosa are to Ferrari.

And that this was the first car to ever have those words applied to it.

You know that is the beginning of a very long and very significant piece of history for that company.

And I think -- eighteen million dollars is actually kind of -- low estimate for that I wouldn't be surprised.

If it went for more I mean if you talk about a car.

Without much history behind it even if it's never wanna raise.

You know just by what I know about Ralph Lorenz collection I mean I think someone new willing to pay twenty or 25 million.

For for a car like that.

Getting just sold something for thirty million that it was an old -- Gotti -- -- -- though.

See you know the the presence there for -- like this to be worth quite a bit be inched -- to see.

But -- -- we're looking forward into the future a Ferrari now though.

Can be just held its Ferrari world design contest for aspiring car designers a team from Korea.

From university in Seoul Korea actually won -- and -- take a look at this picture the Ferrari.

It turned need to believe it's renounced this she looks a bit like that old tester it's it's got the same flared fenders and -- the kind of double -- behind me passenger compartment.

Yeah I mean it's it's a modern take on those on those basic forms that word to do expect that but I mean everything else you see is very much modern Ferrari.

You know -- You're going back from the Enzo and and forward now.

That -- made a couple of David fantastic cars through the years but they haven't always been the best looking cars the -- 458 Italian those in my estimation the best looking.

Mid engine sports car out there is probably the best on a drive to at least in the 200000 dollar range.

I do you think Ferrari moving forwards kinda gotten that you think the cars are gonna have to use that.

As the other bar that the gonna have to be above as far as the looks department a concern.

It's given -- top.

Surpassed the 458 I mean both from a look standpoint and a performance standpoint I mean they have.

A pretty big challenge ahead of them if they want to build a better car than that.

IE if they do please get a new set of keys that love the drive it and having it be interesting to revive some of those.

Eighty's and ninety's.

Iconic shapes.

Into their new cars you know some styling elements from the 355.

Or from the test Derosa are the 512.

It could be interesting to see at least in concept form some of those shapes.

You know try -- make -- comeback but.

I mean if you wanna make a -- your car in the 458.

I'd wish you the best of luck is out of new.

Very very difficult.

Well -- got one that's probably not getting fit that bill but its interest thing.

This is the new -- JK -- -- -- segue into -- they did notify me.

There's even -- really stretch and -- -- well look at this is the complete opposite of the four by eight is the JK eight.

Pick up truck but it's actually it can't.

Five -- -- 499 dollars you've shown us forward as a people complain and that G doesn't just make this struck.

But the thing is I was looking at this -- -- made her own about the -- based on the Wrangler platform back then that -- -- was called.

The this Alex seems to me a lot more sense to sell it as a kid for 5500 bucks but the people do themselves you still get -- You're third year 36000 dollar warranty -- it and you know -- those -- doesn't in his apartment more money than they try to build themselves up.

So -- I mean it would be awesome if they did it but that -- that the problem with that is everybody who screams oh my god he's so great if you don't pick -- these people never going out and buy that and then.

Keep his left hoping holding the bag so if you by offering is it as a kids you know if you're really serious and you really -- That there you go you can -- you can happen.

And that there have been aftermarket G pick -- trucks available kits available.

Over the years -- target and this business probably just a smart move by them anyway have somebody else sell something that -- could sell yourself.

-- my friend it in Detroit has been building and selling these group things for awhile.

Which is a pickup truck conversion but they also put -- -- -- -- which is actually extremely cool you'd be amazed at how well legend fits in there.

But it's -- -- the best part about a Wrangler is how simple it is so I mean that you know the rivets are there the parts come often I go on easily so.

You know if I wanted a -- pick up truck I would have no problem buying the kit.

Having it installed at a dealer probably wouldn't take more than a couple of days -- to get it on there and paint it.

And then then then have my truck I mean a dead you know would with a with a car as simple as a Wrangler.

You know I don't really see a big deal with changing a few body panels and Alex is right if the factory did it.

And room and say oh look how cool it is but nobody would buy them it would be just like the alchemy you know.

If they did that.

-- cool I mean just simply is whether or not to pick up or not and I -- -- ask about this our car review this week is for the Ford F 150.

With the new V6 -- -- or were charged.

Echo boost.

Engineer that you know a lot of people are still -- the VA evenly echo boost has more power and gets better fuel economy.

But they just can't deal with the fact that they've got a V6 in the truck even though this is the best selling of the four engines available now.

But -- you know you're getting your -- -- you get the big six point two liter V8 viewers do you like the idea of the twin Turbo.

V6 in a truck or is this something that.

No I think the -- that help.

I drove bomb on the car show without.

Giving a bit away too much I did drive eco boost up -- fifty I gotta tell you I like it and that's a great motor it's when you get in there you feel the torque.

And it's really need you know to hear those Turbo spool up.

You know what it -- it's not on diesel you know it's it's it's a neat -- sound -- like the diverted valve when it ships.

And and you really can't argue that fuel economy I mean there have been more than a few occasions.

Where I've actually wished my raptor had that engine in it you know I mean I go on a lot of road trips.

And that you know if I could get 171819.

Miles per -- that in my truck I'd be thrilled.

You know I like having my a my IV -- sound that I get with a six point two would certainly.

Now beastie motor and it's certainly appropriate for the raptor but.

There have been several occasions where I have actually longed for that eco boost engine and I would actually consider buying one.

For my -- struck.

Ford actually pull one of those into a raptor -- Baja 1000 whether it and did pretty well about CA mentions that BA sound that's no one -- -- because got a ton tort.

Really smooth I think just -- on the highway but nothing comes out the -- of -- drag strip.

-- it smoked the tires and you just don't hear at all this is the problem with all the eco boost engines would you run Gary you know in time -- we're just there had a little bit of fun.

The clocks were off the heard -- -- -- -- five residents -- that but I don't think apple that offers little -- that day.

But Alex isn't just -- or does -- need to make these eco boost engine sound a little cooler.

I think Barack I think it's fine to leave it the way it is -- my beef with Ford is to make the -- sound better in the mustang and and and everything else because.

Every time I've given a new mustang and the performance is fantastic but.

All these all you can it's not just the mustang it's a lot of these V8 performance cars all of their exhaust need to be opened up more -- -- this for them.

-- you know Alex the the problem is you can always made -- louder but you really can't make your car quieter.

So it if you're gonna start one way or the other wouldn't you rather start quiet and spend a few hundred bucks on an exhaust -- get a card it's obnoxious we loud and then have to worry about trying to quiet it down if you don't like it yeah.

GM sort of has a happy medium with that dual stage exhaust that the use on the Corvette in the -- to put on I agree on the ZL one Camaro.

But still I mean I -- -- -- Austin makes a big difference to me and all right well -- CT SV wagon that I drove should have been louder that -- deserves.

A nice you know if -- -- back -- that kind of performance I agree with you completely that could be a little -- as well I'd love for our smoking tired dot com car show on speed 10 PM.

Wednesday night's Alex who -- automotive editor consumer search dot com.
