There's been no sign of -- -- Waller since she left her estranged husband's home after an argument.

To that effect in which He says that he's being followed by helicopters they're trailing him and that it's crazy.

And that you know they're they're focusing on the wrong person and that that He wants -- searching.

He is a former -- He knows what to say do you buy that.

Exactly what this -- sandy -- and is what I call baloney.

And He knows it's baloney if he's the former cop He knows -- police investigations go He knows that he's not the victim of a -- not.

What He is as a person of interest -- what is believed to be now a criminal investigation.

And the police down -- Jackson Missouri I think.

Our top -- detectives -- familiar with some of those folks down there and I can -- -- that there.

They're not stopping -- anything and turning over everything -- all pieces of evidence -- and trying to find out exactly what happened to this mother of three beautiful young children.

And again this woman would have never left her children.

According to her family and friends so we know something is probably happen to this woman and this guy clay needs to come clean and -- cops exactly what happened.

-- -- Jackie had almost finalized their divorce He admits they argued the day she disappeared and you heard her parents so they say right there was a history of violence and they are convinced that clay is behind.

Jackie's disappearance they also mentioned this diary that she supposedly kept on her computer at work documenting.

Incidents of abuse etc.

threats -- how relevant is that.

That's very relevant because this woman what she's basically saying is that this guy has threatened her for over a period of the year according to some of her coworkers.

And it would you really look at the facts in the circumstances in this case played at to have been the person that's responsible for this woman missing you know let's face it real quick -- and He lured her to his house.

He even admits that they got into a fight the evening -- -- -- messing.

And then all of a sudden He says she leave the house leads -- car there and just walked away.

I mean does He really expect the police or anybody else to believe that.

And his little let you made a statement you said it I just don't know what to say when I would say the -- of what you need to say -- the -- because again we know something has happened this woman the evidence points to it now.

There has been some indicates that there may have been blood evidence the police have not confirmed that and I think that -- and that's the reason why they are not calling him a suspect at this point.

But believe -- -- -- this guy is definitely a person of interest.

Yeah -- her car was found three miles away from the husband's house her business cards were found scattered on highway eight miles away from that house.

There's been no activity.

On those credit cards which of course leads investigators to think that she didn't just.

Run away He because she she doesn't have the money than to do that.

Exactly how important is all that.

All of that is very important very critical to the investigation and the police are actually saying that they have other evidence that they're not gonna -- now -- -- they should not -- but again you know with all of the other evidence they have they're gonna continue to look for her hopefully put a case together and maybe at some point is exactly Waller will come.

Clean and tell the cops exactly what happened between him and his wife he's already admitted that they've had a fight.

And that she supposedly walked away nobody is believing that.
