Let's meet our panel.

The anchor -- is here he's the president of Gotham ghost writers -- part time political consultant and commentator we're glad to -- -- haven't here this morning good to see you.

You and trick Sanderson is here is a political consultant and former chief of staff to New York State senator Andrew -- good to see you this morning things got to be here all right let's start with the obvious in the room.

What's next because the -- deal is done.

I just put out a live chat all of you guys can get it on it by going through one of the friendship pages Twitter Google.

FaceBook Yahoo! just beneath a lot boxes which are watching -- -- now.

-- get in on the live -- I'd -- to include your questions and comments.

So what is next reform I mean -- the Tea Party get its wish are we going down this road a little bit differently.

The Tea Party get its -- should sort of got its wish I don't think anybody really got their -- I think this whole thing is just a band aid.

And what we're gonna see in the months ahead as Washington's gearing up to lobby whoever this new committee is going to be.

I mean do you think the band aid though it is more flexible than it was before Democrats not able to -- in what they really want it and.

I think -- -- it is generous the in terms of describing this deal the best the best line I've heard was from Matt Miller a Washington Post -- called -- a policy ponds and a political ploy.

This deal is lowest common denominator politics it's.

They totally botched the entire process and instead of trying to do something that would actually.

Put the country -- a better fiscal track they did the least amount possible to avoid.

A default on the one hand and also to placate.

Certain political factions and now -- stopped because expectations have been raised and Washington doesn't have the courage to do what's necessary both on entitlement reform which the only way you know don't -- talk about overspending ways let's be honest.

Discretionary spending is 15% of the federal budget its defense and most importantly entitlements that are driving our deficit.

And we can we have to have the courage on both sides to make some tough -- on the title and congress has shown no.

God who wanted to -- that Republicans have shown that they'll do with the very toxic issue politically I don't know whether or not they extended its citizens from Paul Ryan introduces plan.

And it takes politically they -- -- out that they did not back him.

At all but what's your thought that I mean here's a guy who comes up all right representative all right comes up with an idea but we're also chatting about it.

But that Republicans didn't embrace it.

I given credit for putting.

You know.

Putting something on the table I didn't agree with the F policy but.

You don't nobody else is put anything on the table you know He wrote an interesting piece today in the Wall Street Journal saying -- -- President Obama again and again has not.

You after the healthcare bill was passed has not put forth a credible budget plan and that's true and you -- there's nobody acts.

-- and that's a problem -- it's you know Washington is in gridlock.

What they've done here with the budget deal is just delayed the inevitable again come around Thanksgiving time.

I'm gonna have the same talk that we've the last month.

Given -- the economy won't be held hostage I think the thing that that -- a lot of people -- with this particular instance.

And the showdown earlier this year you know we should -- shut down the government while we come up with a budget which we -- half by the way you know that the president is is very delinquent.

And getting his budget for the nation put forth -- first inning before.

But you know it seems like we keep coming to the break I remember story and if you got her little boy who cried wolf.

It happened again this missing.

I think He was our first and an AMBER Alert I I was gonna say -- and I don't mean not a joking way bad fat kid is missing because no one witness -- went looking.

Little boy who cried wolf after certain period of time.

And obviously mrs.

A metaphor for something else right but but my point about this is.

-- every time we come to the -- people are gonna stop taking that seriously after a while the politicians clearly dark because that they hadn't heard from the American people I still think we have a deal.

Well if you're you're absolutely right and what's you know it's really just -- Mind boggling is that both parties this this idea no compromise at all like compromise is suddenly about work and it's it's disgusting.

That both parties who say how well you know it's my way or the highway and really the American people you know they're pretty rational I know what they're gonna say the highway.
