And last time this is here to ask for free pizza.
There is no -- again today but we have a special commission that's established that will consider -- it will eventually I need I need to know what's the trigger the kind of commission doesn't come up with previous that you push me off the -- but it's it's again it's complicated.
I love going back and watch and that -- this debate in South Carolina.
Because.
I'm going through and looking at clips today is that you really need to got a life.
Life -- life this is a fantastic -- front row seat for the greatest show on earth.
And going back and watching nobody turns a question.
When it comes to a debate like you and I'm sure that because you build it like box that they can you you take -- into it making it out.
I'm sure that the candidates are suffering as they're thinking about next Thursday when they have to go to Ames Iowa and face you again.
What are you most interest in hearing from.
-- -- -- A couple of things I think first of all the way you gotta focus on Mitt Romney Mitt Romney is the front runner in the raise and and the fact is he's started in an amazing way and He -- and all the polls.
He's dominating in terms of fundraising.
But He really hasn't engaged in the campaign are these I think it's brilliant.
But he's been able with the exception of the one debate in New Hampshire and now we're gonna get.
Another time to put him on the stage with the ten other candidates.
To see how we compare -- give them an opportunity to ask -- try to point out differences with him I think they're going to be pretty aggressive in going after him.
Because they see -- kind of floating above the Friday.
And it'll be -- -- to see how they go after him and how He response that I.
That's one of the interesting dynamics in this debate I think the other one is the is that all the other candidates.
Are really pushing to being the anti Romney name did the the name of alternative to Romney.
And I think that particularly girls especially and I work for Pawlenty and -- Who I think both have an awful lot riding on the Ames straw poll.
An awful lot riding in the Iowa Caucuses they both appeal to many of the same voters social conservatives Tea Party -- -- And I I -- think and we've seen that -- them particularly -- against Bachmann.
Going after her end -- be using interested to see how much He goes after her and how she responds to this.
Seems like increasingly there's only one ticket out of -- step if for Bachmann or Pawlenty that that.
Winning and I was crucial to either of their strategies and have -- are very strong showing in the straw poll that follows the debate.
By just two days it's gotta be crucial for either of them you mentioned.
The pile on Mitt Romney.
Because that's what's happening in the field right now and I want Internet you've been talking a lot of -- -- -- here in her interview with Sean Hannity last night.
But let's listen to what she had to say about Mitt Romney.
Getting closer to making the decision of course for legal reasons for practical reasons.
But does still haven't made up my mind -- -- but.
On it I want these candidates who -- in -- I attempt to not be sitting back and bless his -- I have respect for Mitt Romney but I do not have respect for what He has done through this debt.
An increase debate heat He did this He waited until.
It was a done deal that we would increase the Dead Sea -- and more money would be spent more money borrowed and spent on bigger government and many came out and He made a statement that He didn't like the deal after all.
-- -- -- -- Sarah Palin not even in the race taking what I think is probably the first pot shot.
That she's taken by name.
At Mitt Romney.
Is it if you're if you're -- -- it's still worth being the front runner I mean it's -- he's got a ten or twelve point lead he's still dominant.
But the the fire is coming faster and faster and more work well you're absolutely I mean if that's terrific ending at first was his second place first place is better.
But I think.
And -- need he's running he's a brilliant campaign so far absolutely has to stay in the polls mean one of the things he's done it's almost like running up the clock is He -- -- this race instead of engaging.
In February or march we're now in two -- -- Well it's it's still early but -- by the time we have the debate mid August.
And and you know He -- shorten the time frame here until you get into Iowa and New Hampshire early next year.
So you'd rather be in his position but I'm sure his campaign is fully prepared.
We're very tough -- -- that -- names because the other candidates quite understandably they're trailing He has had kind of a free ride so far they're gonna go after him.
I haven't heard that clip but I think it's a legitimate issue He did kind of stand on the sidelines and -- SMS I did this as well so did some of the other cancer.
And not really engage when it came to.
To the -- debate I'm curious whether -- that it did the that your email was saying about her hair.
Well everybody thinks that it's more presidential there that she had you wanna know something the reason I -- as because I saw -- -- of -- last night.
She has lots of that I mean it's a little less.
You know it's a little bit.
More conservative yeah yeah I went and and I will only say that's -- I don't know but I with Teddy Kennedy and -- Al Gore.
They used to have the weighted index that -- when they were when I've got to thank god.
-- -- -- -- last chance that they were running when they got slim down at the port jazz they were running and maybe that's is that maybe we've got the hair -- index with the with Sarah Palin less hair more serious best.
That's certainly where the Internet is right now and there are a lot of people out there obviously who wish that she would run now Chris we -- the Internet.
Four questions for you -- and the don't want my life.
The one I like his as usual kind of more of a statement but.
I want to.
Get it.
This question.
It's from -- JV coach Kevin Dunlap.
He says Wallace -- that you guys must be boys -- gas prices are going up.
What are the candidates planning on doing to open energy opportunities in the United States and I know that something that's an area you're gonna wanna explore.
Yeah I I can't say that I can tell you in in depth and they all talk obviously about more domestic drilling.
Stopping the kind of unofficial moratorium that the president has on the golf.
More energy independent of -- very interesting because one of the areas I'm going into.
Is.
And in preparing for the debate we've got subjects is is about foreign policy.
And Ron Paul was asked about -- -- bottom line and He said the answer is an independent energy policy that's the way to stop Iran.
From.
Developing a nuclear weapon not quite sure -- connection.
But in any case no they thought they both focused on that and and you know there's seems to be a kind of conventional Republican wisdom.
About that involves more domestic production and and and fewer restrictions on where you where you can -- good question Kevin Dunlap thank --
