Obama on these issues you can't find his plans on some of the most pressing financial issues of our country for example -- -- Barack Obama's plan on Social Security reform.

Medicare reform Medicare and Medicaid reform.

In fact I'll offer a price to ninety anybody in this auditorium.

Or anyone watching on television if you can find Barack Obama's specific plan on any of those items.

I will come to your house and cook you dinner yeah.

Or if you prefer I'll come to your house and mow your -- but in case.

In case -- winds and limited to one acre one acre.

I that was -- Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty and He was their voice seeing his criticism of president Barack Obama tonight's Republican presidential -- -- debate.

And over the last few months governor Pawlenty has spent a lot of his time and frankly is money right here in Iowa he's hoping for a very strong showing.

In Saturday's all -- important straw poll but tonight he's here live on Hannity governor -- thing.

-- -- -- Offering free dinner.

Or choice or cut the long.

But we'll probably only gets one -- wolf what's up for that well and look at discriminating taste your fellow candidate have a big -- -- only got so much time I got a good on the campaign trail but look the point was about Barack Obama's leadership where is He shot.

He doesn't have a plan on the major financial issues of our.

-- day and we should have to play come -- come not worthy are with the present nine states that's why -- that tries I don't think I'm gonna have to -- anybody's lawn.

Or make anybody -- -- He doesn't have a plan nobody will find it.

No that's a thing I don't know how we got through that the debt limit increase without him ever putting a plan in writing on the table that.

People would have an opportunity to dissect and -- for the -- supposedly reference in the meetings but look if you're the president United States you're the leader you gotta step to the microphone you got to step up and say.

Police in instead he's again leading from behind or not at all yet.

All right a -- going to be made as you know the exchange that you had we dissect congresswoman Bachmann on the program.

You -- after a pretty hard He said He did not go after her.

The issue of migraines or headaches I think all of us have probably taken Excedrin at least once or twice in our life when we get headaches.

-- He attack He said she had -- -- accomplishments unqualified.

Etc.

etc.

To what extent He immediately concern the people gonna say well this has to do with the polls you're fighting back and you know right now she's.

A poll numbers and I were looking for better or again -- quite.

-- and so I answered it -- -- the headaches I think that's a sideshow I don't think that's a relevant issue.

But congresswoman Bachmann wants to assign herself the -- leader and if you sign yourself a label leader you gotta be accountable for the results and so as we got a -- back and forth.

She said she fought -- was a voice -- going to be -- United States she got to be more than a voice you know being a leader on fighting against.

Obamacare we got obamacare think going to be -- leader against things like more spending well we got more spending and the point is you can't just be somebody who give speeches -- got to produce the results if you're gonna be our nominee.

You're gonna be effectively combating Obama in the campaign and if you're going to be president of the United States the bottom line is if you look at her record in congress shouldn't happen.

We we have discussed species you you regret that happened and trade issue that you supported you've talked about it we've been there.

She brought that up tonight -- also brought up the issue of -- and bright enough inaccurately again if she said I am posted in Minnesota no idea.

We had legislation that study did.

We've considered it but well before it ever got impose or even close to impose.

I rejected it and came out against it several years ago so again she's a loose with the facts and a lot of.

Regarded -- by the UN I think one of the one of my colleagues said that one of the worst things you can say is compare you to Barack Obama that one -- that -- compact.

Look you know and when I was governor she was in congress used to say nice things about -- and our competing of course the -- exchange but that's politics right let's let's talk a little bit about.

You know where we are worth the money.

You know we are financially we lose our AAA rating where we're headed to some real economic problems.

You brought up the issue about you know how you how fast can we recover.

You know where's Obama's plan is -- -- How fast could you get this economy up and rolling again and I think you were talking about growth 5% a year for ten years how to how -- you pull that off and how short -- period of time.

He can get that add to that 5% growth area.

We'll remember markets anticipate the future if you give them confidence and certainty so even if all the changes didn't have a full effect for awhile.

The fact that you're gonna do -- commit to it would send a positive signal.

To go to Tim Pawlenty dot com you'll see my plan that has these highlights cut the corporate tax rate from 35% to 15%.

-- take the individual rates from six down to to -- an American not a Middle Eastern energy policy -- way up on the regulations so they're more pro job.

Do Health Care Reform the right way no individual mandates no takeovers and more if you say we're gonna and that those things even if the effects of spill out over months.

Formed in some cases longer the market will send my goodness we're turning this thing around we can count -- -- we got confidence -- People start to invest and spend and -- you took a little issue -- Mitt Romney his answer on and on his health care plan when He was governor of the state of Massachusetts.

He answered that -- ought to be the State's decisions.

-- -- took a little bit of issue that was your position on health and an individual mandate copy have a question related to -- -- is the Obama need care label fair and look anybody who looks at a fairly we'll say there's great similarities -- -- essentially the same tune obamacare doesn't make a difference in the state doesn't -- the federal -- I -- and say that's one of the differences but I don't think our government -- It's a difference but He can't credibly look at those two plans and say they're somehow fundamentally different they're essentially the same.

Okay the other issue was as it relates to Afghanistan stand you'd say He would draw down slower -- Well I think our remaining mission in Afghanistan is to make sure the -- the Afghan security forces both in quality and the number are sufficient to stand up as we stand down we're not quite there yet.

I -- accepted General Petraeus his recommendations general -- recommendation which is to.

Start to -- down the surge level of troops.

But do -- a little more slowly than Barack Obama has proposed because that's what's in the best interests of the mission I just described unfortunately.

In my view President Obama didn't listen to those generals who know the most about it than anybody.

Any accelerated the drawdown in a way that I don't think is going to be best for the mission or best in our our interest in -- country governor great to see all right thank you so much you.
