Rod you can understand the father of this man coming out and saying he's a good person -- children love and you know don't believe whether you're hearing about him and He may very well be right we don't know what happened on an island at day.
But the leaks continue from the Aruba prosecutors in the latest -- this comment that He said she might be dead now hours after He reported her disappearing.
And that witnesses are now saying they saw cut on his throat and that there was blood.
On the beach.
Right nearby where He saw him at and where they Simon -- He apparently said no.
That's my girlfriend I wouldn't kill her what would that tell you is it is a homicide detective.
You know here's the thing Megan there's an old saying where there's smoke there's fire and I can tell you with.
Did -- storied there's a whole lot of smoke and somewhere there's a fire that fire being -- -- body somewhere probably out in the water.
You know it just didn't stop with the fact that He made this statement may -- minutes that -- not hours less than.
After this woman -- messing.
He made that statement to the police that she may be -- now in addition to that let's not forget this is the same -- Megan that had taken out an insurance policy self.
It's very interesting as well that's very telling to a homicide investigator that a person would not only make that statement.
Cooperate that with the fact that He took out this insurance policy.
And there are so many other inconsistency that we all know -- with this -- statement all of these things of course are circumstantial in nature.
But they could in fact add up to an actual crime.
Well now Robin Gardner's mother is speaking out and this is while -- and she's saying that what one of the things she finds suspicious here is apparently now you know our viewers may know.
His story was that she she got lost -- snorkeling she was swept out to sea never to be seen again.
Well why wasn't He seen -- secure why was He what -- know covered in water when He got out of the alleged wire from -- snorkeling trip.
A witness is now saying that He was there He had short -- and issues -- Sox were -- And He apparently said to Robin Gardner's mother I just got my socks and my shoes wet looking for your daughter or how is that insist it was -- -- -- in the water -- It's back insisted that -- public to know what there's one other very interesting thing that our viewers may not know Megan and that is the fact that there's two witnesses now Megan that has come forth.
NFL -- -- authorities that this guy did out it was so intoxicated.
Hours minutes after this woman witnessing now are you telling me that this guy was so intoxicated so dropped.

Again these are a lot of the inconsistencies in this guy's story.
As we all know when the police -- cut confront this guy guess where He was that He was that the airport trying.
Trying to get the flight to get out of town yeah that's typically what individuals do so again they get all these things considered together.
Could in fact add up to a -- and that's what I think He had a -- authorities believe that.
Can He get there rod you know without a body it's very hard for murder case I know what can be done of course it can be done.
But it's very hard and look at that you know look look -- there's so many cases a look at I mean.
You know even when you have a body you can you look at look at Casey Anthony case you know she was -- -- found not -- When you're exactly right we all remember the Natalee Holloway case that that occurred over there and a robot.
It's not easy is very difficult and as we all know Megan at -- -- authorities haven't had the greatest track record I mean this what -- this as far as solving these types of cut out crimes how do you get there real quickly what they need to do they're gonna have to buy something a little bit more direct some more evidence.
A little bit more direct evidence in this case and out of of the viewers know this but this guy -- battle Megan He can actually walk -- -- today.
The judge could in fact let him walk today if they don't come up with something new to hold this guy.
Now we talk about the insurance policy one point five million apparently their reports from ABC news today that He was in serious financial trouble.
That He ahead He had sued a company for five million dollars but was accused of forging documents and need leader has found that case and on and on the story goes.
