If you want to build something in this country takes years and years and years.
You have to go through sometimes an environmental prod the I mean just I do it I mean I have to go through -- You have to go to environmental problems and environmental criteria that make it almost impossible to -- quickly let alone go to -- in some cases you can't even -- so they just weren't ready.
In terms of the projects and probably most of the projects and many of the projects were wrong.

Well somebody like me would know what because some of the real estate investor -- a builder -- build buildings I build things and I understand how tough it is to get anything built even if you know what you're doing.

You can build a very quickly to literally a city I mean -- -- one day and two weeks later they're building.

We don't have money to build schools and yet we're building -- three or four times over in Afghanistan and Iraq.
