But according to my next guess you don't have to wait until tomorrow morning in order to -- -- happier person because he's come up with a plan to make every day Friday.

And it happens to be the title of his brand new book it's called every day of Friday had to be happier seven days a weekend.

Earlier I sat down -- author pastor Joseph boasting of the Lakewood church in Houston talk about that and much more take a look.

Or if they show the kids every life is she mad at me I'm now now -- come next action on the -- to go all right then this is an interesting concept because.

You know I think you're probably in the same position I really love my job if I love to work -- -- -- sometimes a -- -- elect which had another two days or something.

But you know I don't -- don't tread going to work.

And I mean you don't try to go I don't -- now I put a lot of people do and I remember my years in construction sometimes and be like -- sixteen hours a day.

For months the four weeks at a -- -- in other days I was like now I.

Hated Monday yeah you can't you can't wait a lot of people can't wait to get off that affect the study showed that people -- on Fridays and when -- read that I thought you know what we shouldn't in you know we shouldn't.

Have one day we're we're happy we can enjoy each state wouldn't have the right attitude the right perspective we learn how to see each day is a gift -- -- That's what the -- about about to choose to be happy to.

But isn't one of the major differences is like on the weekend you get to do what you wanna do.

Yeah and anything the interview don't wanna do -- -- you could sit in front of the TV and watch you or -- out and watch Fox News.

So is that is that part of it that seems naturally I just wanna I wanna play with my kids I want go work out I -- You know go out to dinner with friends.

Yeah I think that's natural but I don't think that god created us to have to endure Monday Tuesday a Windsor are are driven it into an incredible heart attacks on Monday and what people just get -- -- -- -- go back to work.

I think if we see each day is a gift and have the right attitude even if the job you don't like it that much if you can find something to be grateful for you can still enjoy.

And that is a good point maybe we've we've sort of gotten away from the idea -- you could name any business and you're providing a good or service to somebody else yeah.

And and and is that says that the whole purpose behind workers -- supposed to learn to serve other people want from a religious perspective I think so.

I think you're supposed to end you know help others to be productive with your life and we always teach people -- until I got to go to work today but.

Lot of people today would loved to have a job.

I'm grateful I wanna get to go to work today I.

I don't have to clean house I get to clean house to -- healthy have strange to have peace and seeing just have like you can ever imagine myself getting up I guess claim.

I don't think that's ever gonna -- now it's -- it's hard that's a pretty hard what.

But there's I think the idea that -- what you're saying is a lot of how we feel is based on how we think look I read a book it was not the Longo.

And that the premise of the book was.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- You give them one -- on the way to go to war has so many problems -- so bad.

-- gonna draw in negative things they can get up that while I'm alive today.

-- a good -- they have got.

You know something's going right it's gonna draw on the good things have -- but you guys look I've -- -- -- a lot over the years I've never seen you down and our -- but look at -- penetrate -- you that you do you have down moments you have times when you're stressed out feel overburdened -- -- or you know overcome it no I do but I do what I -- the people who do and then -- come back to that place of peace and take on during control.

You know it's gonna have this problem you know these people gonna come against me -- knew this.

Whatever it might be inside just try to come back to the place of peace and say god you're directed -- he's ever get mad.

I don't really get I don't really get man ever well you know -- may get upset or angry -- injustice or something like that but.

You know it's I liked it I like to use my energy to trying to fix things not just to be angry -- you should have done this she should and that.

But the -- for durable would you do would acknowledge -- unusual because I think anger is the most destructive emotion you can have I don't think -- there's no there's no good for -- there's -- good for the people.

It's the antithesis of you wanna say forgive -- a synthesis of forgiveness.

All right but.

But a lot of angry people out there I mean and we get frustrated and annoyed and we have the pressures of the day and I got to fix the car and I gotta get to the grocery store I gotta get to work of my boss yelled at me and yeah.

Well there's a lot of people you know that that don't -- -- ever been trained how to release their anger how to see things from a different perspective is that.

Well I think what you have to do is believe that god losing control of your life and you have to it's one step at a time He may not do it every time that somebody if changes take you know think.

You -- think I'm let -- go.

I'm gonna choose to -- and always look and yeah there's a lot of distractions in life that I found.

We give our emotional energy to that we don't need to some money says -- the office -- -- deal letting go in -- 42 distraction is not between you and your destiny so you know what I think this is a really positive book every day of Friday again there's no reason to be miserable you know the other.

Five days a week didn't and go 04 days a week will go out and enjoy your life every -- I think that's where it was the anxious vigil prophetic pastoral thanks so much -- us.
