The rise of freedom now long before we started following the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site we met a man who spent his days at the top of the Twin Towers.

He clearly loved it up there but He told us He also looked forward to retiring spending time with his grandchildren.

He would never get that chance and for years his family didn't even have a place to mourn and remember him.

Now they do.
