Well we've been very very clear we never allowed us to give -- and we never allowed -- our local state governments again in a position that we had to do that.
We boys invested in state aid education for example so we could move forward.
The key is not the public sector you've got to create private sector jobs.
That's what the American people want in if you don't have a job right now you're scared to death and if you have one you're afraid you're gonna lose it.
I -- in my state unemployment rates four point 2% every day I think about how -- we create more jobs how can I work with local businesses to help we'll expand.
How can we recruit more businesses to Nebraska it works.
