And -- racing world today mourning the death of IndyCar driver Dan Wheldon two time Indy 500 champion losing his life -- violent.

A little after 1 o'clock in the afternoon yesterday at -- Vegas motor speedway.
A chain reaction wreck as one of the drivers lost control.
Of his car hitting that second turn on lap twelve and you can see from the video that cars than started sliding into the retaining wall some went airborne.

A team of more than twenty doctors worked on Dan Wheldon following this horrific crash once he was pulled from the wreckage.
The 33 year old British driver was then airlifted to the university medical center in Las Vegas.
About two hours later news of his death was made public.

Now there is word this morning that some of the drivers had apparently expressed concern about the number of cars.
That were in yesterday's race thirty or more of them and the speed at which they were traveling these Indy cars were going more than two.
Miles per hour at practice.
The remainder of that race was canceled yesterday built something that is extremely rare Dan Wheldon is survived by his wife.
And two young children -- just devastating for the race.
You -- this -- and at that point trying to move up in the race you this toward the end admitted he was going forward.
Casey -- right -- -- well of course his family is devastated and his father in law.
Speaking out about the type of person Dan Wheldon was listen to that.
It wasn't just a great driver but he was a great human being he was always a very very policy to always have something good to say about everybody and they're very polite this.
I guess -- -- but he was specifically put polite and I just I just can't believe that he he's just along with us.
And -- -- I don't know if I mentioned this but -- and he sang.
