The next -- that one of the worst things any adult can do is abused children in any way as we just discussed.

But when you use -- case for prostitution purposes that's off the chart evil.

The Sunday at 10 PM the Oprah Winfrey network -- a program called our America which takes a hard look at the kid prostitution problem.

Camera on the -- it's very -- yeah it's.

A little girl standing not a walk in heels.

She's -- where.

Putting him on Sunday morning there she is in the glitter pins.

But she's also being -- it's into the truck across street that is.

They.

A man who appears to be the girls in his watching her from down the street.

There's a truck right there next door -- ahead.

You're the man -- when he noticed that can.

We can't -- It's definitely and then I'll -- When the invisible ghost and -- Right now it's not.

-- joining us now from Los Angeles -- host of the program Lisa -- what's the most important lesson -- who -- a program on Sunday night.

Was it was important lessons American will take Americans will take away.

Well I hope that after watching the show people will think differently when they see these girls who are out on the streets.

Seeming to be selling -- themselves for sex this is happening in cities big and small all across the United States and most of these girls have run away from devastating home lives most of them have very low levels of self esteem in me -- -- -- you have a daughter remember when she was.

A little girl think about how vulnerable and impressionable she is.

Well these young girls who don't hack who lack self confidence are out there and these pimps come along.

And they say them -- little girl you're beautiful.

I wanna buy you all the things that all the other girls have I wanna take you out to fancy dinners I love you.

For a little girl who's never been told -- I'd love you -- take care of you this means something and then he says call me daddy he he he literally replaces.

The father figure and then he says now do something for me and that's tragically.

How the cycle start.

It's okay but but I don't think you have to convince Americans that this is heinous.

I think you're right we view.

But the problem has been around forever it doesn't seem to get any better the drug trade doesn't seem -- any better and that fuels a lot of this kind of stuff.

Means -- as we just as another ten indicate here that this sentences for this kind of stuff.

Jail sentence is very very lenient.

If they even make the case so I mean I don't know what the folks are frustrated don't want to do listen I don't think you know anything.

It's true and for me I think if if we can just start.

Changing people's perspective about what these girls are actually doing because we see these girls as prostitutes who are voluntarily selling -- -- But the reality is that these girls don't make a single penny.

Of what day they make they work.

-- -- -- -- -- But but every single cent I -- I'm not sure slavery in America I don't know what else you call it an and we -- out on the streets of DC and and trafficking is rampant in our nation's capital.

And I watched as cops would arrest of the girls and stop the girls and let the pimps and the Johns continue on with their business I mean.

I I was walking the streets at 3:4 o'clock the morning.

And a line of men who who who lined up looking at all the girls was just completely unfathomable and I didn't see a single war.

You what do you think should be done in shape and should be authorities -- -- -- and grab these guys you know you got to build a case against and that's not easy to do.

-- I just don't.

You know me I'm a big mouth and I have solution for I don't have a solution to this.

You know we have what Jessica's law I think if we we we got that and 46 out of the fifty states and we think Christie in New Jersey you'll probably wise up over there.

But here.

I can -- do you put the Johns in jail for ten years would -- -- -- By in this stuff well there are far for -- for exploiting children and I think that there should be some pretty stiff -- why I had heard a great and -- an -- so to watch of these men trolling for these girls was was so difficult for me to watch and and the pimps are the ones who get off Scot free and and this is I mean it's brainwashing.

That's happening and yes it's been glad -- -- getting off Scott free walk.

Is it because of apple -- was incompetence why.

Well it's because it's almost impossible to get a girl to testify against her then it does.

There's even -- she she has been brainwashed into believing that if you -- your -- -- and he says to them exactly he says to these girls you're not worth anything you're nothing but a dirty whore right.

And so they resist the law enforcement because -- been brainwashed into believing.

-- forces that the mean girls need to be treated as victims and not criminals well wanna give it some thought it's got to be there's got to be a solution to this thing in in just horrible thing going on for too long we will watch Sunday night thanks -- coming -- we appreciate it we'll.
