But I I love the actual training for it because I I never really ran competitively during the races.

But it was fun to kind of get together I don't know if you train alone or in a group I do like to have you've got to run 1516 miles like every seven days or so and then it.

Push yourself further and and people don't realize that you're not running marathons once a week.

I -- don't know.

Yeah I mean the most of them ran today is actually twenty miles but you haven't actually run the 26 points in the Hudson no I haven't so I travel it's when he put his clicked in my -- the -- on the hook up.

But a little late now I got a great.

I have a really good training partner and I ran here you -- he's -- confidence -- rush worth to help me out as a proxy runs with he's gonna actually running next to me with me.

At four hours is a really respectable time.

I mean four hours is one of those times where you get like a free dinner at the end of the race for organized and permitted nice to have with it president warnings out right.

So under four hours is really pushing it so how faster -- -- -- -- We're shooting for.

An oxygen nation that happens you actually get out of you when you're done running you're much more clear mentally.

-- our focus and has been studies that are proven so we're trying to get kids people more active make it right there but this is their life eat the right types of foods at the right times.

And I love to run and rain.

Because it makes more sound oh yeah.

And it just kind of get into that rhythm.

But what -- have other people around me it's really distracting it's in my believing we get off and -- start collect.
