Is in Mississippi will decide next week on whether to -- to legally defined life as beginning at conception.

But outgoing governor Haley Barbour staunchly pro life is worried about the amendments ambiguity there.

It's hard to imagine that she would pass a broad sweeping measure like -- And have no idea about the details to me that's just not an intelligent way to go about it.

Supporters of personhood acknowledge the full effect of the amendment is impossible to know and it does raise many difficult questions -- -- But those questions can be answered.

And that's the way the legislative process works.
