Is in Mississippi will decide next week on whether to -- to legally defined life as beginning at conception.

Both candidates for governor -- -- vote for it.
But outgoing governor Haley Barbour staunchly pro life is worried about the amendments ambiguity there.

Despite those concerns Barbour says he voted for the amendment by absentee ballot it's not gonna help the doctor and certainly not gonna help the patient.
Not so for IVF doctor Randall -- He's speaking out against the initiative in its potential impact on women's health issues.

Could they be charged with murder.
It's hard to imagine that she would pass a broad sweeping measure like -- And have no idea about the details to me that's just not an intelligent way to go about it.
Supporters of personhood acknowledge the full effect of the amendment is impossible to know and it does raise many difficult questions -- -- But those questions can be answered.
And that's the way the legislative process works.

The group that spearheading this initiative wants to make it a national issue they hope but they can get it before the Supreme Court they could overturn Roe vs.
