But we are learning even more about the child sexual abuse claims rocking Penn State new reports that even more victims of the alleged abuse could come forward John Roberts caught up with the attorney.

Borrow one of the alleged victim it's is part of that Fox News reporting special -- is anchoring this weekend.

Tell us what you found out John.

Well we found out so much Heather you know you spend over a week up there and you really get a sense of the impact that this sex abuse case.

As head on head state so many students feel it's such a range of emotions be trail confusion frustration anger.

They came to Penn State in part because of the football program in part because of Joseph Paterno -- now all of that has been taken away from them.

They are also though concerned about the victims in so many people believe that this is far from over the big question.

How many victims have yet to come forward.

Sex abuse expert that I -- to say the average had a file can have as many as 350.

Victims.

Over the course of their lifetime.

And don't forget they access to Jerry sandusky had to so many young boys through the second mile charity.

These victims are coming forward by the way with a real determination to testify -- -- Aussie represents one of the victims.

I asked him about his victim's response when -- -- went on network television earlier this week to deny all the charges here's have been under -- told.

It it was outrageous he thought that mr.

send -- -- was not being truthful.

And he felt that he was being re victimized by mister sandusky mr.

-- -- -- -- wants through the sexual assault process.

Now mr.

percent dusty he felt was re victimizing him again through the process of making him -- -- this experience in not being down truthful.

How many victims do you -- -- -- out there and I don't know exactly how many victims are out there but I can tell you there are more out there that are contained in the grand jury present and in fact and Grassley told me that he may announce another victim that has come for this would be in addition to the eight the grand jury resentment by the end of today we'll see where that goes out.

And John why it takes so long for this to come out that's what a lot of people are wondering.

-- it's a question everybody has asked governor Tom Corbett of Pennsylvania about that in a -- the interview he says it's because.

Young children just don't know how to report that sort of thing and even as adults according to enter Gaza they were worried about what the fallout would be.

And then there's this idea that Jerry sandusky was a living legend a larger than life figure -- cobol.

That when he was attorney general this case came to his attention he was the one who struck the grand jury and when this case first landed on his desk.

He said two words the first word was below.

And the second was a word we can't -- on television.

-- John I read that grand jury report in its entirety and he had trouble laying.

Anger all of those words -- you used definitely describe I want to know your feeling.

You were talking to this attorney what is your feeling in terms of of his particular victim that he's dealing -- Well he says that his his the victim that he represents the client that he represents was a victim of Ab absolutely monstrous.

Sexual abuse -- he wouldn't tell us which victim number wise but you can kind of narrow what data was probably three or four people.

It -- when you read that grand -- report now it's it's well worth reading for anybody who's watching this but you better have a strong stomach to do it.

You really get a sense of the absolute horror of child sexual abuse and a sense that if he was.

Responsible for this Jerry sandusky will feel the full weight of the law everybody's out to ensure that justice is done in this case.
