Well right now hundreds of volunteers fanning out across Orange County Florida searching for Michelle Parker she's a 33 year old.
Mother of three.
Who disappeared almost a week ago it's been over six days now after appearing on a taped episode of the People's Court -- an ex boyfriend who.
Also was the father of two of her children who were twins police say he is not considered a suspect in her disappearance so.
Who is and where -- -- Joining us now is former DC homicide detective and Fox News contributor Rod Wheeler.
-- rod thank you so much for talking to us and this -- has.
Garnered national attention everyone wants to know where Michelle is her mother appeared on national TV this week to discuss.
Her theory that she believes that her daughter is being held captive somewhere because she appeared to of money.
She was carjacked her mother believes after -- -- -- driving a Hummer SUV what do you think your theory.
You know I can understand and actually -- act and appreciate the mothers theory but let me tell you for many years of investigating homicides in missing persons and carjackers.
This is not the dumb all if you will of a carjacker -- I do not believe for a second that Michelle Parker was carjacked and let me quickly tell you why.
First of all carjackers -- typically do not kidnapped -- their victims the reason they don't is because there's not a need for them to kidnap the victims.
If a carjacker harms a person.
It's usually in during the commission -- tried to take the vehicle so one.
I do not believe this woman was carjacked number -- I'd honestly believed to help Od health met.
Which is the ex fiance there should clearly be investigative a lot more and I think this -- needs to be made to -- -- a lot more because I think this guy definitely Juli has something to do with the fact that the -- -- messing.
Let's talk about this guy -- Smith he's got a violent past.
-- seen on People's Court he's the last person.
That saw Michelle alive why in the -- world haven't -- -- given him a polygraph test.
Excellent question Julian asked the question that I have then I'll tell you right now just like until the producers this guy -- needs to be given a polygraph exam right away now the polygraph exam.
It's only one tool that we use and investigations but.
In addition to that I suspect that once they do give this guy the polygraph he's got a lawyer up.
And I know the police have not caught -- -- a person of interest -- but I am calling -- met a person of interest.
Because that's just not a coincidence -- that this woman appeared last Thursday.
A week ago from today on itself with this guy in the -- minutes later she's messing.
This guy dale Smith -- needs to be able to give an account.
A precise account exactly where he was during the time and which the woman dropped the -- these kids -- -- out of about of the what I Oracle's.
Exactly but he needs to get an account for every minute of time between that time period and if you cannot -- gradually and regarding the suspect regarding the -- theory if she was being held captive because somebody saw her car -- she had money thought that they could -- somehow extort money out of the family.
Somebody -- making some kind of ransom.
-- or would be saying are demanding cash that has not happened and there's been a sign of our except for her still missing iPhone apparently sent out of -- on Thursday.
That she was in a particular area outside of Orlando their car was found on Friday.
You know -- there's been no cost for ransom there's been no signs of struggle this vehicle her vehicle as you know what's found in an area where the police say they typically find these vehicles.
You know what's really I believe the vehicle was placed there intentionally delete the -- the police off.
And I think the vehicles placed there by dale Smith obviously there's a lot more investigation I'm not saying that this guy is guilty of any thing but I'm clearly saying -- he is -- -- I'm to a just to back car for fingerprints at this point I mean if there's one fingerprint on that -- the belongs to dale.
I mean they were axes so I'm sure he's written in her car before but does that make him.
A potential person of interest if they find those prints -- and and have they done that.
Well yes I believe they have but -- look at it from the be a different perspective they're gonna dust that vehicle for fingerprint for DNA.
Now we expect to find Bill Smith DNA and fingerprints in the vehicle but here's the thing.
What DNA or what fingerprints do we find if any in the vehicle that doesn't belong to -- -- you the process of elimination and let me tell you if you don't find daddy then guess what this guy -- Smith is -- guy.
This woman and her port three children there's no way she would have walked away from her three kids so obvious that's right suspicious -- you'd think the ex boyfriend.
I would be man number one to talk to you Rod Wheeler -- Thank you very much we appreciate you coming on -- -- thank you do.
