Another child sex abuse case is rocking college sports today Syracuse University last night.

Fired its longtime assistant basketball coach Bernie -- ending his 36 years on the job longest but I -- an assistant coaching job in the country.

After a series of disturbing allegations against him.

Over the weekend a third man came forward saying coach molested him when he was -- child.

And now the potentially incriminating audio recording which you may have heard has surfaced -- said to be to coach's wife discussing what she knew about these suspected abuse.

Former ball boy Bobby Davis he's now 39.

And says he secretly recorded this audio of -- phone call between the coach's wife and himself back in 2002.

But to fire someone -- -- -- his contract but there -- a contract to fire someone on the basis of allegations that are ten years old he's innocent.

He's innocent under the law he hasn't had his his day in court.

Will expose Syracuse to liability by Bernie fine.

As well as liability by the people that mr.

fein has allegedly abused.

If it is proven that he did abuse them Megan's panel talked in the last hour about the potential admissibility of this audio this phone recording between one of them.
