That's sad at the Postal Service is absolutely hemorrhaging money so it's gonna have to slash both its -- spending.

And it's a staffing here's Dave Williams they vice president of operations speaking at a press conference early this morning.

Our network is simply.

Too big to handle the revenues that are coming in -- day.

But more importantly way too big for what were projecting in the future.

We have to do this we have to make this change in order for the Postal Service.

To become financially viable.

For the Postal Service if it continues to lose eight and a half ten billion this year were projecting a fourteen billion dollar.

Lost.

So -- the changes were talking about three billion dollars in cuts roughly 250 of almost 500 postal sorting facilities are going to be shut down.

First class mail delivery the one to three day timeframe first question -- going to be like an altitude of three days.

That means that 51% of all first class mail service is expected to -- In two days the rest of it likely three days -- this is really just the beginning of the changes at both services looking at Jenna.

They want to shut down 3700.

Post offices across the country.

That's gonna result in the loss of about a 100000 Postal Service jobs in fact the Postal Service is already in jeopardy right now defaulting.
