It was definitely a life changing experience I don't -- I'll ever forget it absolutely.

I would jump at the chance to do it again.

To see how grateful they were for something so simple something you know we're just -- -- over there and do all we do and if it turns out they don't see a lot of that and and the gratitude was overwhelming.

And these men and women are away from their kids sometimes before there were even born you know and they don't see any of that stuff so.

That it definitely made me appreciate.
