And I think it the lesson we've got right now is there needs to be a ramp up independent investigation.

I'm not pointing that FBI director Mueller but when it comes to Eric Holder injustice and the ATF.

There are just too many unanswered questions in there's there just appears to be such a lack of cooperation.

Alberto Gonzales is a former attorney general -- -- meg and Kelly the past week.

And what -- he talked about is that how many things come across your desk that you frankly do not see.

Or your staff need to vet the material before it gets to you.

That's what holder said when he described in his own testimony to listen to Gonzales the last about it.

There are multiple issues multiple memos -- -- out to the office of the attorney general.

Every day.

Sometimes you actually don't get to see them and the fact that a memo was addressed the attorney general.

There's a mean and actually saw.

Says it's not because throughout the lunch this so many competing entrance.

It's sinister explanations.

Now I mean I understand to a degree look it's a busy office we're all busy up here.

But -- fully and as early as a month after Brian Terry was was killed.

Eric holder's office began to get a -- began -- received questions asking about what happened.

It's incumbent upon his office.

To make sure that he sees that stuff.

In in in even bill since he's learned a bit and there are conflicting reports as to when Eric Holder knew of this operation.

That alone needs to be investigated but clearly since he's even admitted when he learned of it.

His responses have not -- all been adequate.

So you're still questioning holder -- not so much rubber ball around this.

And you have all signed a no confidence resolution.

Along with 73 other members of congress what does that resolution state of -- -- It it it basically states that he's at the point right now bill where.

Congress has no confidence in his ability to do his job.

And certainly in his ability to independently.

Looked into what went wrong.
