But the constitution here in the United States and so what the Catholic leaders are saying and what some Protestant sects are saying what some orthodox Jewish -- saying -- The carved out that the White House is given for Obama care.

Is not large enough there's something called -- conscience exemption.

Mean that a religion can go about its own way and practice it in a freeway without being encumbered by government regulation.

And so now the government is saying no you Catholic colleges.

You Protestant colleges you rescue missions you other faith based organizations.

You don't have the exemption.

And so you must provide contraception.

You must provide sterilization.

Why wouldn't you must provide abortion I mean inducing.

Drugs to people like the morning after people and they say.

Listen we are faith based institution.

Don't make us choose.

Between our faith.

And the long that's that's an unfair and unconstitutional choice why wouldn't they be involved in this exemption seems like a glaring oversight when you have Catholic schools hospitals -- charities whose left.

It hit -- have this religious right employer exemption.

What's left if you take them out of the queen well I think your point is is it is a good one and and maybe its -- its so called charitable to say that it's an oversight.

I don't know -- it's an oversight it seems to be an intentional.

Act these folks the Catholic bishops and others have applied to Kathleen Sebelius and said listen.

This is manifestly unfair.

And unconstitutional.

So Peterson on the Supreme Court when this you're being taken up in the summer -- -- does this throw a wrench in the works or is this something on the side they can fix that in this can be fixed at this point.

By the federal government -- President Obama today in -- Hawaii.

Saying to the health and human services secretary -- change the regulation.

If there's such a compelling interest.

Right -- the government can step in and do was it was it wants.

But we have this dramatic tension and protection.

In this country for religious liberty and so people of all faiths are coming together I happen to be -- -- Catholic.

And they happen to litigate cases on behalf of -- -- the church but all faiths are coming together and saying this is our constitution.

This should not stand allow us to practice our faith.

And encumbered by government intrusion a lot of people are saying that this is one of the great great problems with obamacare -- -- all enveloping government.

-- defense and now we're seeing it.

It manifest itself on Saturday and Sunday in -- places of faith.
