Well we are a live web show and I am right now on the live chat with all of you your comments and questions -- just delicious this morning -- try to include as many as possible.
The -- -- continued to do that I'm putting out on the live chats.
That represented of Jason -- -- is about to join us he's stumping for Mitt Romney and I I -- -- Twitter handle -- Jason in the house.
Nice to see this morning.
Hey good morning.
But tell me about what you're doing and and how you feel about an eight vote victory last night boy that that was really down to the wire for Mitt Romney.
All in a landslide -- for Mitt Romney -- you gave no I look hey Rick Santorum also had a great night bit written Mitt Romney also had a very good night and and getting his message is resonating it was exciting it was -- to be on the bus with the Romney family as they went from.
Down the town out here across Iowa and then it was it was a great it's a great event really thankful of people I was so nice out here.
You know when I hear about another politician.
Supporting another politician like -- -- John McCain get behind.
Mitt Romney today.
How important is it's.
Within your road in the halls.
Of lawmaker isn't to make up a word that to have support from -- -- elk.
Well I guess one of the key indications that people can at least I consider is that Mitt Romney has the sixty.
House and senate members endorsing him.
I think the next closest person is less than ten.
And I think part of that is -- key indication that.
They have a very it's a very a vested interest is who who's -- they're going to be on the ticket with so the endorsement necessarily doesn't doesn't necessarily mean a whole lot don't think people are necessarily win their votes -- old Jason chief it's endorses person I'd better do that as well.
But what it is a key indicator of what kind of national organization as a candidate going to be -- to -- to rally behind.
And I think it bodes well for Mitt Romney not only for there to how this.
These primaries and caucuses play out.
But also in a general election because we're all united in the desire to beat Barack Obama and that's I think members in the house in the senate wanna do and and that's the march that Mitt Romney is up.
You know -- -- live web program right now the only place like it on line.
Congressman and I want to get sure your thoughts on something -- just cross our live chat Tony Milo writes everybody in all caps quote unquote had a great night.
It is a whole lot of spin who really had a great night last night.
And -- Didn't.
Well I guess say in you know in some ways you can look at and say -- who gets them to move on and who has the momentum I don't from the Mitt Romney camp they just wanted to have a top three finish the governor Romney spent eighteen days here.
-- less than two million dollars.
The last time for years -- -- at 52 paid staff this time we had five so certainly good for a permit -- and grateful Rick Santorum till I mean their congratulations to him as well.
Some of the other candidates didn't fare quite as well certainly Ron Paul is strong and and has a national organization there's a lot to like about Ron -- well so.
People have to kind of come up to their own conclusion.
But at the end of the day I really do believe that Mitt Romney will be the nominee for the Republican Party and be the next president of the United States.
You what you know what Greg Gregory K -- writes technically.
This is a win yes but statistically it's -- kinda disappointing for the same guy who ran last time to.
-- -- you know you look at the headline here the deploying our register it says split decision or something like battered and opt out but that I think bodes well for for both Rick Santorum and -- -- Romney I think that's I think that's good for both of them meant.
And they continue to march Johnny going to New Hampshire and they'll run -- campaign has always been -- set up to run as a national campaign so we're dealing with roughly I think it's was it 2300 delegates before he -- -- the national convention.
It on the line last night were 25.
And conceivably if you look at it if this were -- break out and I think Romney would get thirteen.
And Santorum would get twelve and if this went down the wire those eight votes -- created delegate difference -- that that's a huge difference.
You know what is interesting -- you never see a recount after caucus.
-- just aren't a whole heck of a lot.
-- spit and -- picture congressmen.
On this great nation leading us as a lawmaker and and I want to get your idea if you will about.
Where you go next this race is so much about money does -- just your view how focused we are on the on the almighty dollar now.
Well the reality is you're gonna have to have a lot of dollars in order to fight and beat Barack Obama it's one of the things I think the -- well for for governor Romney.
But it also shows that message really matters certainly governor Romney couldn't have been right up there.
At the top if he didn't have a message that resonated you can't have only spent eighteen days in the sit is state less than two million dollars.
And have five paid staff and come out at the top.
If you didn't have a message that resonated and so.
He got to have a combination of all you have an organization he got to have money.
And you gotta have the right message to be the right messenger so it's a tough thing to become president but it should be that's there's a lot of a lot.
You know like the tough thing to have a -- going to be -- host with you on the program you generate your own following I true ally cat now look at us.
Joseph the buzz says -- said.
Hey -- Patent and who is Romney can.
-- -- for vice president.
Oh my goodness we're getting way ahead of ourselves but I'm sure they'll come with some pretty great that joke -- Q I I appreciate it and who knows I'm sure get somebody great.
All right okay that that's a nice political answer I wish I -- I -- that breaks the news.
We're ready after Dolly -- -- -- hide in the corner.
Represented isn't it it's always good to see you coming on the program with -- -- -- have -- -- all appreciate it.
He's a Republican out in Utah we appreciate him being here and he is a Mitt Romney supporter as you heard it okay.
