In other news one Arizona school district could soon face millions of dollars in penalties and delays in funding.
All because of a Mexican American study program joining us now live from.

Hey there of of the Tucson you know unified school district actually we've actually created this ethnic studies program about ten years ago and it makes sense.
Considering about 61%.
Of the total student population here is Hispanic.
And at that time other urban school districts around the country also created similar programs the idea to address the needs of a specific population to help them.

In Arizona say that two sons of Mexican American studies program.
Actually violates state law because the curriculum and lesson plans were never approved by the school board.
And a judge recently agreed saying because of that failed oversight the classes -- and I'm quoting here promoting racial resentment and activism against white people.

And you interpret it in racial terms put in a racial context and use that to inflame.

Many parents and students are outraged saying the class is merely promote.
