There's word this morning that the death -- has risen in the tragic cruise ship tragedy off the Italian coast divers have recovered another body.

That's the thirteenth victim.

Now US lawmakers are taking steps to protect the lives of Americans when you take a cruise vacation.

We want to help you check a company's safety record before you board the boat.

It's a lot of it is human error though these incidents have happened over the -- the -- Are not really the fault.

Been traditionally they're inspected so well yeah but it's hard to account for certain things happen.

I suppose in any mode of transportation and we've seen accidents and we've seen indiscretions.

In the air on that trains at texting and certainly here in this -- tragedy although the facts are still an investigation.
