Aren't good morning everybody we start up with this something evil that is what police in Washington State are calling the apparent murder.
Of the two young boys whose mother disappeared about two years ago investigators say that Josh Powell.

Their deaths adding to the family tragedy that began two years ago with -- disappearance of his wife Susan and she vanished December of 2009.

And one inside their dad's house Jennifer.
When she gets up and up front door the door is locked off all -- -- for outside she smelled gas fumes she called the supervisor.
And within minutes there's an explosion all three people inside dead.
And police are calling it a murder suicide thirty minutes before that Paul had sent his attorney and email with three words goodbye I'm sorry his attorney didn't see that.
Until it was too late Paul is upset.
Over a judge's ruling Wednesday it would said before he can get his kids back -- have to pass a Psycho sexual evaluation and a polygraph test.
Polled lost custody in September when his father was charged with but child pornography and tourism Susan Powell's family is devastated.
I think they're came on the two things he knew that the police were really really close.
And -- part of that I was figures -- for the polygraph.
I don't think the polygraph was gonna ask him the persons -- was afraid of but he was afraid of them.
