He cracked that does not mean this healthcare thing still is not -- welcome everybody I'm Neil -- -- it out.

And what to make of the president's moral may have cult not quite reversing.

And contraception controversy but providing a way out for those offended.

And in so doing you can now -- angry Catholics and other religious groups to the health care waiver list they -- fast food restaurants are really didn't like.

The restrictions for part time workers and a lot of big manufacturers that had issues with how.

They covered retired workers but it's so many are opting out -- -- -- you -- US soccer -- station.

Ben Stein Charles Payne Dana McDowell along with Charlie Gasparino and Neil Weinberg writes is charles' -- -- him.

Yeah I think this -- reporters right but in -- and that this this does a lot of things they'll but I think the most important part of this is that.

Would there was no betting.

This is rammed down our throats we were told we were gonna like it once we knew it was all about and and and as we can see every single time every other week there's something wrong.

Here's some things people probably don't know about let's say you sell a house.

You have to pay -- additional.

Tax.

Three point 8% Medicare I Medicare tax associated with selling als and other on earned income biopsy to know you'll -- -- That's exactly capital gains and didn't get but I mean Medicare -- -- -- Medicare detection of anybody up to -- -- 250000 miles a year jumped to 2.3 5% from one and a half percent also.

Hospitals I love this one hospitals that spend more per heavily patient are gonna get penalized but there's no rationing.

But Ben -- you're looking at that's and you realizing all the people have been granted waivers or opt outs -- For various reasons and maybe to address these issues they find onerous.

You summoning get out what does that tell you.

-- I what I'm when I'm -- yet is.

The credit congress to Democrat congress based -- gave the -- basically gave Democrat president mr.

Obama a blank check they didn't fill in the blanks they didn't cause they.

-- it and got the eyes it -- -- trust does and it presented try you'll like it taste like chicken.

It doesn't taste like chicken to resides on the L subject him and -- I don't have a big big big problem.

When -- -- and even more of -- does started going in the -- easily fill in all the blanks.

I think we're gonna say we have fully socialized medicine and the -- going to be taking money out of everybody's -- wherever they invited.

-- -- This is not to say that the board should not have all the germs but then to make this Rube Goldberg incredibly complicated contraption to do it that was a big mistake ever congress not to give fully detailed bill the president that was a huge mistake.

And it Catholics responded to that -- we don't like yes gold bar right at you -- -- -- all right so what what ridiculous.

What do I make.

You know if you look at it it's eerily similar and I study Dodd-Frank -- to Dodd-Frank the finance reform bill that -- -- -- -- start unpacking.

Dodd-Frank it is this Rube Goldberg contraption of rules and regulations.

That really doesn't do much about the underlying causes of the financial crisis which was supposed to prevent another 2008 implosion.

But it prevents banks from making money and prevents.

Banks are making money and given out loans I think it's a huge -- like that I think.

I don't know what Republicans do I don't know what anybody who oppose Obama -- but there is an argument to be made.

That this man at just not to socialize the economy he may be ruining it for years to come.

I don't worry so much about the obvious colts and the ways to raise revenue.

That Charles pointed out -- -- I worry about the calls but at least those -- and they're out there like I'm personally really angry.

About the 10% tanning tax that -- of -- I don't -- A lot of people like ten per cent tax on tanning services 10% that's outrageous.

Outrageous I -- -- bit but.

It's been hidden costs it's -- -- -- didn't expect that intent and even the law but that's the pretenders and it's a 10% excise tax on just hand how to do that it would like Tammy -- of that and other dogs but that's another dog would say they changed it to -- instead of cosmetic procedures I have to pay up front -- if you go and that I can't hurt businesses anecdotally I know that for a fact but it's been hidden costs like this vision with the contraceptives.

That's been now handed off to the insurance companies.

Well you know what these contraceptives are -- and those calls will be passed on by the idea that it really -- There's -- insurance companies subtly that out of the for a separate part of a -- what have been the debate now seems to be not so much over.

-- to help getting looks decided and done -- -- Supreme Court might rule otherwise we'll pick apart stuff.

Maybe the new congress -- -- comes -- best.

But it yeah sort of light as Charles and paid when at the beginning with a little surprises that the gift that keeps giving and it scares people.

Well us as Charlie and band they quoted Rube Goldberg well let me talk about Tom -- to set the large print given notice cardinals take -- -- today quoted Rube Goldberg which I thought was -- the religious coming out of them together here but that's.

The large print give it and the small print take it the way -- and you know I wish -- could say this was a surprise but Charlie's point if you go back to sarbanes Oxley if you look at Dodd-Frank.

Time and time again our government.

The government industrial complex loves to -- complexity on our system.

And all it does -- muck everything up look at the tax code thousands of pages everyone feels like they're getting screwed.

If you look at the new Dodd-Frank legislation they're trying to do all sorts -- complicated things with.

Separating proprietary trading they could have done something really simple and elegant if they really want -- to and bring back the separation between investment banks and banking.

But that wouldn't make -- business and work for lawyers and accountants and lobbyists and everyone who's feeding at the -- There are so -- don't do very homework done that -- -- -- -- even worse that would take power washing I mean I absolutely I'm not this is not a conspiracy theory would you say this that part of this administration's goal.

Is to basically get all the power in one place.

It's -- basically centralize power.

That's what you do with dot frank.

You create massive.

It doesn't force the banks to break up as -- said which would be a Smart thing because you're mixing risk would insured institutions why do you -- -- do that.

All you do what is it basically centralizing power of regulation at one place to regulate these big banks and the same with this health care law.

It's very scary it's it's almost 1984 -- But and it's -- and I think it's gonna not say the economy is not gonna prove in the short term it's been approved but won't term we have an economic issue here of -- Can't -- -- finally had a very evident Stein and then it's -- I think you know it's like in -- negotiates and the other guys will will keep pushing something see how far he or she can get.

And and and I I don't think the administration.

In visiting the kind of you know reaction it got but it was gonna -- -- in boys and -- And edit -- dial that back a little bit but not allotment.

I and that's what I think is is there's a lesson.

What the government has -- -- -- in -- to get a blank check and we've got.

Other presidents like mr.

Roosevelt mister -- other presidents mr.

blended Johnson who asked for more power for watching it but -- as a -- what they want and in this case the Obama message said just give us the blank checks.

Trust us to tell them well we can't trust and that turned out that we draws them to take advantage of -- while congress has to be extremely specific about what is granting what is not granting.

I think we can count on are involved in house to do that let's -- we don't have a one party get legislature.

Then we just found out that they -- -- administration clearly thinks it has the flight check.

With this health care allows again what the American people are not gonna let him catch it and not what we saw this past week in the back yes indeed from the White House though I think it's kind of -- -- -- Well I think some -- -- -- -- reason might -- yeah nobody -- Some -- these things but I am my brother's a doctor it's hard to reverse some of the stuff that's in place.

Does not -- you for money now because he doesn't have an -- He he wishes it was a good he's very high stick if he's he doesn't -- -- baby didn't get that Ph.D.

and the habitat that.
