-- it is now official super Wednesdays here Ohio is still -- to close to call but.
We do have an update for you from Alaska.
We're not calling it but it has -- there.
The caucuses there have now closed.
And joining us from Alaska Sarah Palin -- was a former vice presidential candidate former governor of Alaska.
And a Fox News contributor governor thank you so much for them back on.
Let me ask you first -- you.
You you're not endorsing anybody yet in this race but would you -- for today.
To be perfectly honest with you in candid not being political I will answer your question and let you know that I voted for the cheerful one.
-- Newt Gingrich because I believe that he's spot on on his energy policy understanding that that.
That price of that a barrel of oil doesn't just affect gasoline and our -- -- every petroleum product increases cost.
With the price of oil going up all these effects on our everyday life -- Gingrich hasn't solutions on how to lower those prices and allow us to be economically.
And energy independent.
No we we are spending so much time talking about Rick Santorum Mitt Romney tonight because those -- -- -- in Ohio.
But earlier Newt Gingrich came -- and said look I've been written off by the media and he hasn't gotten a lot of favorable media coverage.
Why do you think that isn't it can you relate to that as somebody who was beloved by a lot of Republicans and still -- But also took Europe more than your fair share of shots from the media.
Sure I relate to that I think most Americans can't and those of us who have learned to the school of hard knocks that it.
And it allows us to be strengthen and become -- certain -- Gingrich is kind of the illustration of that so.
Connect with him and politically -- he kind of been the underdog because he doesn't have.
The huge organization and the book who box that.
A couple of the other act candidates have in relative to his Smart campaign war -- quite relate to that but -- Candidates -- make in our are good they act they all are men of character at a accomplishment.
And of the five candidates running for president the -- that are on the GOP ticket.
Are so much better than Barack Obama and what he stands for with this failed socialist policies.
Governor we've just added to the graphic.
About Ohio the difference in between the 27264.
Votes separates Mitt Romney.
And Rick Santorum at this hour you voted for Newt Gingrich do you think our coverage has been fair of this campaign.
I do -- and if you -- everything's relative -- -- what -- others -- in the media have chosen to do and that is constantly.
It tried to pick -- all of the all the candidates into talking about issues that really at the end of the -- are irrelevant when what we are looking for is a candidate and nominee who can -- just in to battle against Barack Obama in order to defend our republic starting in -- 2012.
-- election and then in the -- swearing -- ceremony in January 2013 we want somebody to lead -- into battle and what that.
We stream media does what -- As I did dubbed them lame stream what they do with is try and distract these candidates in the -- -- -- and in their coverage to talk about.
Adams and perception when we should be talking about the price of energy we should be talking about what the Fed does to devalue our dollar and manipulate currency.
Which allows core inflation to hit us in the -- here shortly all things that are so important to our everyday lives after that media should be focused on.
And yet they are not they try to distract I think kudos to Fox News for trying to stay focused on what really matters.
And you've said in this campaign that you think this makes.
The eventual nominee better and that possibly you're not opposed to it all going all the way to the convention.
But there are many in your party who say this hurts the eventual nominee all of this time.
-- I believe the polls widow want to stop the process as soon as possible they have their own agenda obviously they have their own person whom they want to see epic front runner -- -- -- -- is the -- -- and they want to see everything's got no more debates.
No more ideas discussed how I want to -- the competition continue truly it does strengthen all core of our candidates.
It allows the -- to understand that we do have a choice there is a stark contrast between those on the GOP ticket represented free -- and free markets and the entrepreneurial spirit that built America into the most prosperous and say -- and voluntarily generous nation on earth.
Verses the failed policies of Barack Obama look.
-- tried to get shoved down our throats again today without the constitution restraining him even.
He tried to tell us the American voter in a press conference today that heat up his own militia said.
-- he -- he was going to allow another bailouts but not -- it.
It's -- -- create more insolvency for our nation.
It sounds like it's gonna be some kind of unfair nebulous type the process but he wants another bailout regardless of what the representatives of the of the people in congress have to say about it now there.
Right here is one example of -- stark contrast between.
What a big government socialist.
And this this did you know you told me in seeking.
President hours represents Byrd says.
-- from the GOP party independent patriotic American who understands the beauty of individualism.
And reward for hard work.
Governor Palin thank you so much for being here.
Thank you -- have time.
