Still this -- Bill O'Reilly in Kelly file segment tonight President Obama threatened on FaceBook and of course -- secret services involved.

But first on her program America live at one in the afternoon on -- -- This Megan has been talking about the Sandra fluff controversy in very personal terms she joins us now so you would send you have something common.

Well we both went to law school and that's about where it ends.

But this story jumped out at me it in -- giving it way in our viewers reacted to it immediately when we aired the sound -- Of her testifying this -- before the whole controversy really erupted.

Because.

I like -- flock went to law school.

I also didn't have a lot of money to pay doesn't look like her parents are paying for a she's got scholarship I don't know where she -- the rest of the money.

But we have very very different attitudes about what it meant to be in law school.

Let me say I didn't go to Georgetown and went to Albany Georgetown -- a top fourteen law school missed -- would have the world believe that she is somehow a victim.

Because she is at Georgetown law school it is not giving her contraception paid for by the law school when I went to law school.

Which I put myself through for a 100000 dollars in debt.

I don't expecting anybody to pay for my health insurance which I had none up no health insurance and -- -- -- -- your viewers can relate right now.

Because they too didn't have health insurance they too didn't have anybody paying their way through college or for or with your professional school.

So I put myself a 100000 dollars in -- debt didn't have health insurance -- law.

Never mind contraception coverage.

And never once did I think of myself as a victim.

Who needed somebody else to step in and pay for those things -- You want to law school in 1930 straight.

I'm losing you are starting to feel that way are we getting early ninety's are we getting more benevolence in this country now that -- were extending.

The government largesse.

A two people to make their lives better I mean isn't that the theme of the Obama I've been a.

Ironically I think that that Sandra flock has done more to undermine support for.

That type of program for the president's health care a lot then anybody else in recent memory with a -- -- -- know what my latest polls show a little bit.

That that there is no mommy has support among American women is gone up.

Seven points all right because.

I guess the women's think that he sticking up for -- -- -- that the Democrats are talking about that how there's a war on women now.

But but my point is this there are people out there who are really hurting right now I think of my own sister.

She doesn't have a job right now she's a single mom of three kids to bloomer in college.

She does not care about where -- -- is getting her contraception coverage from.

She cares about.

Getting a job and hopefully getting health insurance for her family she doesn't want to see our congress people.

Wasting time talking about her contraception coverage of -- Georgetown law school student.

Guess -- the starting -- to graduate from Georgetown law school the average starting salary our viewers may not -- -- a 160.

Thousand dollars a year for your first year out of law school these are not victims these are the it'll be he's got a lucky yes young professionals you -- among -- in our country.

You know as I said the talking points memo and on the view today that's not really about this it's not about Sandra -- in her.

Desire to get free birth control that's not the issue.

The issue is to take away the unconstitutional.

Mandate.

About -- Catholic church and divert attention into women's rights.

And then she Sandra allow itself to be.

Mean -- not manipulated that allowed itself to be run that's a better word but very very high forces we've -- -- now almost back to the White House Anita Dunn.

That may or may not be the case though but what I'm trying to tell you is that this.

Has that the risk of back -- her firing against the administration because people who are on the fence about the president's health care law.

People who genuinely need that health care alarm -- benefit from for example my own sister Wright who doesn't have health insurance who could use.

Free health care -- -- what is described -- from the federal government the bear argument in favor of this law is now undermined because people think.

Look that a lot because that why is paint percent of what is your trip to little trivializing what is a legitimate issue in any human if you can get behind a lot because you think of so people were single moms putting three kids -- school right.

You start that you start a cross over to it.

Different story when you're thinking -- is it about paying for birth control.

For Georgetown University Law School student and it's -- -- gonna get a 160 Democrats and monitor that though she's a Republican just -- but she said she was testifying on behalf of all the two women at Georgetown law school and those women empowerment and the 1% that's.

Where they're going there and powering himself all right.

Just real quick get ninety seconds Florida men arrested for threatening President Obama on FaceBook pick it up it was pretty explicit what he wrote the president come -- in Miami and he made these vile postings.

He's apparently are racist as well using the N word that's a pellet gun was found with.

And it was -- on his FaceBook page she's been arrested and he will likely go to prison to a case -- Secret Service obviously threatened president.

They get involved federal rescue with a local cops what the feds now all right so they went down and grabbed them what -- yet he pleaded not guilty I should say things denying it but he did admit apparently -- these are his FaceBook postings so that's not good for him.

He's likely headed to jail for between twelve and eighteen months it depends on whether they think he took affirmative steps toward fulfilling the threat.

But for famine threatening -- in the camp -- down or ignored.

High then and there might be able to plead down but I mean typically get if a year in prison for making a threat to assassinate the president and there are -- that big they will probably raise a First Amendment challenge to this to decriminalization.

Of speech.

-- this guy is looking at likely you present all right mango everybody thank you as always and I had --
