24 years old yes that's very it's a very serious issue for veterans.

As -- -- potentially hiring some of our returning military members.

Well I'd say at a military individual military minded individual brings a unique package to the employer they are definitely trained to be a team player there.

They're very skilled in that particular area that they worked -- and that they're willing to take on a talents.

So I think that -- they can provide something that.

The average citizen who hasn't served it's that it's just a different skill set that that a veteran can provide -- -- thank you so much -- we can cut.
