On cholesterol lowering drugs spot our next guest says scientists have it all wrong.
And now those drugs aren't doing the job.

Well the cholesterol is a normal substance cholesterol in your blood today you you produced 80% of it -- liver.
We need cholesterol for every cell and our -- by and it never made sense why a normal substance would cause this problem.
Well we now know and everybody accepts the fact that -- sclerosis is an inflammatory disease.
And so we go about ways of trying to treat inflammation we we lowered cholesterol we -- our consumption of saturated fat and it didn't didn't do any good.
Because we never really done to the heart of the problem what is causing.
This inflammation that then allows the cholesterol.
To be deposited in our arteries and give us a heart attack or stroke and so what is causing that inflammation.
Well we've been on this low fat diet and that means a high carbohydrate diet a high sugar -- And currently we consume more sugar and more simple carbohydrates.
That our bodies can tolerate.
And so we get what's called sugar spikes we get high spikes of blood sugar after these meals of low fat products.
In those high sugar spikes actually kill the lining of our blood Cecil.
Blood vessels they also hurt the sales in the kidney.
They hair cells in the eyes and in the nerves which is why diabetic people have that unique set of complications so.
So it mean -- it it flies in the face of what the American public thinks they're doing.
They think that they're eating low fat food so that they don't get heart disease and in fact it's some of these processed foods is what you're arguing that end up killing her.
Absolutely -- got nothing to do that carbohydrates.
Sugar has everything to do it.
So what can we offer our -- this morning who's hearing this new revolutionary news today what kinds of foods should we be eating.
We should be eating everything that's natural.
Fish meat fowl eggs.
Whole milk.
Whole food real food food without a bar code for example of food this not been highly processed so.
We should be eating the healthy things that are great grandmother rage and not the things that we now eat better so highly processed.
So easily judge vegetable.
And so quickly raise our budget.
