The battle here in New Hampshire goes on as well and they just want to get out ahead of the argument they want to change.

Wanting to allow employees with religious objections to exclude contraceptive coverage right now that twelve year old state law requires health plans that offer prescription coverage to include contraceptives here's speaker of the house William O'Brien.
We've never said to people that hold long established -- just believes.
That they have to be subject to laws to cause them to violate those police.
And and Hampshire law shouldn't provide for that that's why reporting -- and they religious exemption to the statute.
And now the bill heads to the New Hampshire senate bill.
What are democratic leaders in the state senate telling you about this -- they will they stop it.
Well you know it's here because Republicans dominate both the house and the senate here but we did have a chance to speak with the Senate Democratic Leader Sylvia Larsen.
And she -- -- her constituents are pretty mystified by the entire staged events that she believes that things should be more focused on the -- on the economy.
And here's what she believes -- happen as women -- pay attention to this.
It's beginning to feel like there's a war on women right now and I think women across the state are waking up -- Now isn't exactly where the New Hampshire governor stands on this but we just to -- with a legal expert but it's something interesting to say about this.
He believes that the federal mandate will trump any of the state exclusions that are putting here in New Hampshire.
Certainly interesting to see how this ultimately plays out that legal expert at the professor here from UNH.
