They're -- -- -- fox -- take it is iPad launch week I've been testing the brand new iPad which it just called iPad not iPad three.

And here are my impressions.

It's now running LTE which is next generation wireless I have a side by side with this white iPad two.

In -- a -- launch the same web page at the same time.

Do little countdown here -- hit the leisure page at the same time on the foxnews.com website.

There you go we're off.

You can see how much more quickly the LTE model fully loaded the page done and over here loading looting looting still going.

So that's how much faster the brand new iPad is when your running LTE vs three the screen the retina display is absolutely beautiful.

-- the risk of sounding a little bit like Billy Mays I will say this of the retina display you have to see it to believe it.

Even this camera that we're currently using to film this can't do it justice.

The text is incredibly.

Sharp.

And you really can't look at it on your computer screen right now because this is the best display of any portable electronic device ever made.

I have to admit I never really use the camera on the iPad before the iPad two really didn't take great photos and who wants to hold up a giant -- to take photos.

It's great though for facetime so on the very front of the tablet -- -- improved facetime credit camera so I can actually hold it -- actually chat with my grandparents.

If I want to on the front screen here.

But on the back is where the camera has now been -- -- so instead of that.

One megapixel camera before it's now boasting a five megapixel camera -- -- Much sharper it rivals that of the iPhone four so if snapping photos.

With -- -- measure thing.

And here you go one of the best ways to -- -- new retina displays to look at photos and how crisp.

And rich they look.

So there's not an over saturation of color here this is the real display.

Giving you these full beautiful light textures.

And apple claims that the saturation for color has been increased significantly and you can just see how rich even zooming in very very tightly.

It doesn't get softer out of focus still crisp and sharp apple also improve the processor in the new iPad so.

Where you'll see that is in loading applications.

Graphics look incredible load times are very very short loading games.

-- different news applications.

And switching between actual notice -- load times are significantly lower.

I think web pages are fast went into you see how fast video -- using LT watch this.

Battery life apple says that it gets the same battery life is the former iPad two.

And I had that same experience in fact.

I had quite a bit of business travel over the last week so I loaded in -- dozens of news articles downloaded and wants to full length film at full brightness.

Who read a third of a novel an entire issued a Wall Street Journal launched three Ted talks download and listen to the new -- Andrew bird album played games for an hour -- dozens of emails and still have 11% battery life when I was done with all that so I turned it on Wednesday.

Didn't have to -- -- until Sunday of course the new iPad does have room to grow I thought there would be the full version of series.

Which is the voice control system and I can talk into it and ask for a pizza nearby.

Apple says it's not -- here of course voice dictation is in here so this is what you do any -- a text field opens up he tapped the little.

Microphone here right on the keyboard.

Hey John come on new paragraph I hope I get to see you after lunch today period.

The new iPad goes on sale this week for 499.

Dollars -- -- great bonus is the iPad two.

Is also getting a price drop down -- 399.

Dollars so the new iPad as a strategic incremental upgrade for a company that's already dominant in the tablet space if he had any more questions at all about the new iPad you can find me on Twitter has always -- Claymores we'll see you next time.
