Plan to blanket the city of Chicago with a network of cameras to catch speeders.

Well it's hitting a speed bump of its own mayor Rahm Emanuel -- safety is the reason for this program.

Critics though say it is nothing but a money grab for the city and a political kick back to the company.

That would install those cameras.

A guy named Greg gold there is a consultant to read -- traffic systems through his company called resolute consulting.
