Live from Juliette -- joining us right now down in Washington DC is represented Michelle Bachmann.

You all know her how -- -- represented good to see again.

Good to see you -- great to be out of I think you have a happy to have you saw a lot has been made of Rick Santorum who's gonna get right into it.

Rick santorum's Etch A Sketch conference in light of what's happening today down there at the Supreme Court I wanted to ask you.

Are you worried that Mitt Romney will abandon his positions -- specifically when it comes to Obama -- if you collected.

I think this is something.

-- needed distinct difference in the presidential campaign I made it very bad very important point.

That there is only one right answer in dealing with Obama care and it's full scale repeal pulling it out root and branch.

When we began the presidential race governor Romney said he would issue waivers to deal with Obama care.

That didn't sell what the American public they demanded full scale repeal today.

Mitt Romney has said he will repeal obamacare in in fact Rick Santorum.

Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul have all said they will repeal obamacare now it's up just -- the voters and the news media.

To hold these candidates responsible.

And whoever is our nominee that will be our job to make sure we hold their feet to the fire nothing less than full scale repeal while you're actually the chief author of the bill to repeal the IRA Karen do you think your efforts changed because you said -- and in others -- there will be waivers.

It's it's gonna be -- as you said full scale Israel do you think your efforts changed the course your specific efforts.

Change the course of how the GOP dealt with this issue.

Yes absolutely because I led 40000 Americans to the United States capitol to protest against the passage of obamacare.

That the ship reverberations on both the Democrat and Republican side.

Because the Democrats -- specifically Nancy Pelosi.

That this was very real this reaction from the American people it is a matter of fact she called the people protested.

Astro turf and other words she said they were fake that this is something that we made up it wasn't fake it was very real and it scared them down to their boats down to their very Telus.

And -- the American people haven't changed one -- since then.

They demand nothing less than full scale repeal Obama -- is even more unpopular today.

That when it passed over two years ago and it's the number one reason the businesses the chamber of commerce all employers cite for not.

For not be turning the economy around and hiring and -- they wouldn't we took up this issue yesterday before the Supreme Court.

Of whether or not obamacare is a tax or penalty right you really need to just look at that the behavior of employers across America.

DC this is -- tax that's why did they aren't hiring and it's why it has to be repealed.

It is the crown jewel of socialism socialized medicine and it has to be repealed I wanted to you know real quick you're talking about that to be anti injunction act is what was that -- yesterday it's -- it's called.

Yes -- Justice Alito said it out.

Yeah -- -- -- attacks are not gonna -- -- attacks what you know will actually have to be delayed until 2015 I mean these are big issues what's your sense of how the court is going to treat this.

Well that that was the issue yesterday because all Americans are now forced just because you breathe you -- forced to buy health insurance policy in if you don't you pay a penalty.

So yesterday the court had to decide if the court finds its attacks than -- -- this won't be heard before the Supreme Court they'll stop right there.

If they find it's not attacks but instead just a penalty.

Then the court can go on to phase two which is today -- determine whether or not the individual mandate is constitutional -- not tomorrow I'll be in the Supreme Court.

They will deal with the issue of -- ability in fact if the court finds that the individual mandate is unconstitutional.

Then -- the rest of them -- fall or not or does it stay in place that will come up tomorrow as well as the final question number four.

Did congress exceed their spending power under the constitution.

And so all of those answers will be addressed and I think the American people again.

Want this loss struck down.

You -- on FOX & Friends last week -- -- in Q there -- good in the studio -- how much.

Talking about how much we're looking forward to having one of the ticket -- to to watch this whole Supreme Court proceedings go on.

How significant.

Of the moment is it for you.

And and for our country to have something like this -- on this is -- Clinton and an historic event.

It is because there's never been bill more breathtaking.

The skull more wide this is the federal government effectively taking over and running over 16 of the economy and this is what it's going to mean for your viewers right now.

On average -- average family will be looking at having to spend about 20000.

Dollars a year.

For our family health insurance policy.

That's out of the reach out of most people and yet that's what our government will demand of people.

It's one of the highest tax increases we've ever seen and the history of the country and it will set a precedent that virtually government's power is on limited.

It they could force us do anything in the future.

Everything is at stake.

Because we can no longer with a straight face say that we are -- constitutional republic if the court finds that this is constitutional.

I think we will see widespread.

Disagreement across the country.

And I think that Barack Obama will have his worst nightmare in November.

Because the American people won't stand for the government having this level of power over them and over their pocketbook.

Representative Michelle Bachmann great to see -- thanks for joining us today.

Think you always a privilege.
