In court today meanwhile the white -- Arguing that that insurance mandates that we do well that will keep the cost to taxpayers down my next -- says try focusing on the -- that have already gone.

Way up Republican senator but also -- doctor.

John Barrasso joins us right now senator.

I guess they were arguing everyone pays this coverage -- its coverage.

Premiums can help -- go down reviews have been going -- There are -- they're going up because not everyone's staying in your -- they're going up because of the monstrosity to common sense.

And yes Neil I was in the courtroom today it is the main event the health care.

Debate and what I see because of all the mandates the cost of care is going up.

Faster than if the health care law hadn't been passed it off and you showed some of that New York Times surveyed.

When they asked people if things were better or worse for the healthcare law they're saying it's going to be worse -- they say are you gonna end up paying more or less with the health -- law overwhelmingly people say they're gonna be paying more.

And we asked about the quality of care that they're going to receive.

But majority of them -- more people believe they're gonna get worse care than believe they're gonna get better care so all in all this is bad for patients and bad for the providers who take care those patients and terrible for taxpayers.

You know what they have said senator in this reverted back to your -- -- doctors well is that it this thing goes down and claims that same unit vote.

Plus a slap down that the mandate issue that would effectively killing it on -- -- read but I could be very wrong.

Just -- to come back and say well Republicans.

Stop something was gonna benefit most Americans.

Are you gonna do and -- Well I don't think this is gonna benefit most Americans and most Americans don't believe that it's going to benefit them and I do hope that the Supreme Court does strike.

Well all of this health care law.

That same poll that you showed -- Only 24% of Americans said they should uphold all of the health care law.

The government doesn't have a right to come into our homes and mandate that we have to buy a product losing your sense senator health care law.

Is he your sense answer that if this mandate provision -- slapped down by the court and effectively the health care law itself it's not or -- it.

-- live on an incident like a Frankenstein.

Kind of roll him.

Well you know that's the debate tomorrow they're gonna have two hours of discussion in the Supreme Court tomorrow.

Part of it on if the mandate of falls which I believe it should should the entire health care.

Law fall and I believe that that should as well they're gonna discuss that they're also going to be.

Debating in front of the Supreme Court Medicaid the mandate from Washington that tells all of these states they have to spend all of this money.

Adding new people onto the Medicaid -- something that is going to bankrupt many states it's it's the mother as they say of all unfunded mandates.

All right we'll watch -- senator thank you again picked.
