Five budget plans of the table in Washington but it still looks scared a lot of votes because generally some of them is given chance of passage.

You don't want to be trying to broker a budget deal with both parties this last week.

You would know that we're not really make -- much progress here because no one's getting image here.

So do we need to Thelma and Louise moment.

We Democrats and Republicans this -- to be joined hands and take their budget plans together.

The democratic congress and John Garamendi.

California.

Did -- congress in the -- Democrats have to budget is entitlement thing.

Republicans might have to budge on disclosing -- would credits and thinking that there are always gonna be deemed tax sites.

And they give you -- revenue thanks put out that.

Not that.

I was just thinking about Thelma and Louise we saw them go over the cliff but we didn't see the result of the landing and therein lies the problem -- We're we're very very far apart the Republican.

Caucuses.

Also split.

On the democratic side we can clearly go for the president's budget we can go for modifications of it.

The tax issues are really really complex in the Republican budget there's an enormous.

Tax giveaway to do to those who have more than a million dollars of annual income.

There's like almost 349.

Million Tuesday thousand dollars 349000.

Dollars of additional tax breaks to those who have a million.

You know what they say that now you have only -- ideas are innovative and it goes back and forth as well you know there congressman and his buddies they're not really serious about.

Curbing entitlement growth and every time we stick our -- could try to address.

Medicare Medicaid were pilloried Brian Ramona -- sells out.

Here's my -- I just to try to get to -- -- estimates -- if you would be -- to make more concessions on those entitlements and the Republicans.

-- to get over this idea that -- you.

Close up subsidies loopholes special credits that prevent those.

Hogg for not -- there's your taxes you're on your way right you're on your your way -- talking points and.

Well I think I think that's your correct.

How do you accomplish that clearly on -- -- carrier.

You know we do not want to see Medicare Anderson extraordinarily important program for seniors but there's a lot that can be done in Medicare.

To curb the cost for example we ought to be negotiating using the purchasing power of the government to negotiate drug prices.

Clearly there's fraud in this by various providers in scheme uses cameras.

There's probably a half a billion dollar tax -- Several hundred billion dollars over a ten year period and fraud.

But I know I went through a lot of it exactly -- president is that Medicare issue is just as Jermaine.

-- with the president and his plan because it effectively torpedoes.

Medicare down the road.

Maybe differently but still does genuinely as the republic I guess let me ask you -- as I do think there are probably has come to you I -- Republicans come to you Wednesday.

All right we're willing to look at these subsidies and tax breaks and take a bullet from them.

But -- Tea Party members who say that is attack site you know it's only benefiting as the select view.

Will open that -- you can.

Rip us in new one when we go way after or try to curb the growth in Medicare and say we're trying to throw.

Granny off a cliff would you do that we're both -- hands and say that to start.

-- said something really important -- and that is curb the growth in Medicare.

-- -- that is exactly what we all need to do and the democratic introduction including they're not don't know there are not doing.

I think that's not correct there's more that can't be done to curb the growth and I just gave you two ideas there -- many many more and actually this.

Looking at the various cost in the system.

And constantly analyzing those cost as to their effectiveness of the treatment is exceedingly important you need to do that over time.

But what you do not want to do is to set up a system that ultimately will terminate.

Medicare and break that Medicare promise and guarantee which unfortunately is where it is but there is a lot of room.

Well I'm just trying here's this is trying to help guys holding hands and not end up electric car at the bottom and feel you are so I'm here to serve.

It isn't yet hundreds that it's very good -- you again be well you got it.
