Whether it's good for business and how are actually affects business people I'm curious.

It looks like it's not doing very well from the Obama side it seems the lawyer and a very very tough time in court.
And it'll be interesting to see what happens can always read a lot of times -- -- has come out of all the things you can't think you wanted to didn't win.

Soon to be opposed.
As a practical matter go out with all the uncertainty whether we can't -- not constitutional -- of the rolled out implementation of it.
Does it create.
Uncertainty in business -- that business or trying to figure out what to do wasting time were not making investment decisions or whatever.
Waited to see out of the top.
Nobody knows what to do nobody knows where we're going nobody knows what's happening with the country nobody knows what the replacement will be.
But they figure and you replacement is better.
Really a disaster for the country and it does leave greater uncertainty but the fact is that it was and didn't even if it got approved.

And it's truly a -- looked at hopefully.

A lot of people that another person I know who runs a major company is saying to cost of that company's going to be astronomical.
He doesn't know what it.
What does that mean that means we're gonna compete successfully against China and other countries because they don't have.
So I think it's going to be very catastrophic for the country if it gets approved now already billions and billions of dollars have been spent.
And it would be a tremendous shock to Obama I think in a tremendous negative and it didn't he devoted.
Almost his entire president do you think about it -- obamacare.
-- Obama care is very very bad for the country and very very bad that there is no question.
Putting the numbers that we here at 3040 million people uninsured don't have health insurance if they if they do need health -- they go to the hospital somebody picks up the freight.
So it's an infant in some -- like the health care law is 8 o'clock shift.
I'm trying to create more responsibility of people but also -- the -- it's not like.

Well that's true and frankly I'm a person that believes taking care people people -- to be taken care I often wonder what do they do get sick and have a problem what do they do.

That's done so that people -- New York have a monopoly this is -- he can't go you can't cross state lines.
That he will open this up to all day all -- to be all countries you know that had tremendous networks and tremendous values but.
If you opened it up in -- trim and -- be able to make.
Get better health care.
At a much reduced price.
I want to take care of my people and we do take care people but the Obama situation is going to be horrible for business but it won't be great health care which is very important.
If they would open it up so that many many companies really good company to qualify you have to have certain networks and all of that if you don't want.
You don't belief formed companies have to -- the bank.
But if they would open it up so that you could go beyond New York State if you happen.
But right now if your New York State I can't buy health -- -- from somebody outside of the.
I think that from so many good way I -- that so many business people in the insurance industry has a lock on that got a monopoly app on.
And has been and I don't see any sort of effort to have -- that historically.
It is industry is -- every.
Single lobbyist in Washington and and have a lock and discussed.
Frankly if you opened it up so that.
Fifty companies could compete with -- insurance numbers would come down and care would go up and you -- need government involvement.
It means that one thing alone.
It would be fine -- threes we don't be a lobbyist are a lot absolutely the -- everything's about the obvious.

If you opened it up.

But you open it up so that people can go I'd like to get twenty -- -- when he.

Then what we're paying right now in terms of the country.
That's catastrophic for the country to country can't afford it.

To be survival of the United States if they reject Obama it cannot afford this.

Number two for -- -- the 3040 million people who are uninsured.
If we take way.
The national health care what you thought about those things can be done and things can be done much better than Obama care.
But money would be saved.
So much you do just what I said.
Things could be done to take care of other people call forth I mean yeah I often say -- people.
And they don't care no medical care whatsoever you what do they do.
But they're really not going to be taking care of very well.
Under this Obama care system.
And things could be done because we've seen so much money if we just let people bid led all of these companies come in and -- it.
I would low as an example I have a very wonderful company have -- -- To be able -- glut when he different company.
What over a period of short period of time.
My numbers would go way way Dan.
And the country's numbers would be reduced appearance by comparison what we're talking about right now so I'm hearing it's going to cause a trillion dollars more.

But the way it's being executed with the health -- that don't like -- -- -- in the country.

You don't even have to look at where you just know it's gonna X it'll be 21 pretty.

What impact -- that is happening on the election for President Obama or even into the Republican nominee whoever that might be.
Well I think would have a huge positive impact for the country.
I think that a lot of people a lot of companies that are like my friend that was going to close up shop.
If he has -- he's gonna probably end up -- a lot of companies and businesses they won't be subjected like closure.
And I think that for Obama obviously I don't think would be good had been a purple I somebody's trying to spin because it -- so bad yesterday.
To trying to say oh gee maybe it would be so petrol -- law.
No I think would be catastrophic -- A year and a half of his political of his presidency doing nothing but focusing on the community considering it -- -- hole because he's been focusing on this and he got an office I think would be very catastrophic for Obama but it would be more catastrophic for the country.
If -- under your your thinking that if if we improve the economy because it be heard in the economy if there's no national -- -- in some ways that might help on because guys in November if the numbers are trending up an -- If it -- -- I think the economy will start getting better much more rapidly.
And that would be actually very good -- great value that would be very good for Obama so.

The justices if you listen to what they were saying yesterday we're really bringing -- good points.
And if they go that way which doesn't always happen.
It'll be a great thing for the country and you know what if it's a great thing for the country and if things start getting better -- the -- is now gone and a lot of other things happen in the economy get better.
Really great thing for Obama so in one cents.
Obama would benefit.
One of the things that hear from some wealthy people in the Democratic Party I'm wondering -- a lot of friends -- are wealthy people -- Democrats.
Isn't they they don't out like that they have been.
-- -- by the administration about quote paying their fair shares of actually.
I'm curious whether you know any good and I'm not -- asking -- what you know wealthy Democrats of they have soured on the president or whether embrace him as much as -- Well I think many people are not -- people obviously many people just look -- is poll numbers look at popularity even as popularity.
Many people soured on it.
I have many friends that are well not only Democrats have out of people will welcome that voted for you know they believed in change.
-- what we got what -- not much.
Negative.
You know the word change was beautiful four years ago it's so great change but.
It wasn't it was good and I have many many friends and -- Democrats that well that will not be thinking you can.
-- can't even hear the name Obama.
Without getting so they feel very very -- disappointed.

Well I think that's the big determinant of what's gonna happen and I believe that Mitt Romney -- very good man will get the nomination.
I believe that gasoline prices will have a huge impact and if they don't start coming down.
I don't think it's possible for Obama to win the election personally I think it's going to be a bigger victory than most people would think the polls are very early right now and right now you don't actually -- and clearly even.
But I will tell you that if gasoline goes up to five dollars a gallon.
Which could could even got six hours ago yet OPEC laughing at how do that this country is how stupid we.
This airport is -- -- -- they think all of us.
We have our leaders and so stupid and -- -- -- the head of energy get up and say I want seven dollar dollar.

I think that statement is one of the two sound -- argues if I were running for president as a Republican.
Number one would be the secretary of sound -- about seven and eight dollar.
The other would be Obama -- very strongly that the president has absolutely no power.
Over the price of gasoline price of oil which is totally false but totally tremendous.

Doing a number on OPEC like they wouldn't be there -- -- -- for a so the president has tremendous power over the price of energy.
But over the price of oil.
And what his sound -- that he has absolutely.
Nothing to do and no power over the price again.
It is a disaster for him when he made that statement of support after -- network and the other one is secretary and it totally to use.
You look at his administration curiously think of how others have done -- the vice president done Biden.
Although being vice president is none of which have very visible at K state Hillary Clinton accurately think about first.
Well I think -- and a very loyal person to be honest view I think that he's been good for president for the agenda that they -- and I think he's been a very very loyal person I respect him.
Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman and I'm a little biased because -- -- for years.
I live in New York she lives in New York on her and her husband for years and I really like about a lot and I think she really -- hard and I think she.
Again she's given an agenda.

I think she really works I think she does a good job.
Like there do you think it out at the end of term -- -- arrogant -- -- I think I think you know assuming she's healthy which I hope you will be.
I think she probably runs after the next four years I would imagine.

He's really explain it and I don't think having liked him and I'll be honest when he runs and he's been using you know he's been talking about this tour.

I hear a lot about Portman -- don't know senator Portman he's very very talented and good man but I don't know at all.

And then say oh you know I analysts I'm gonna run for president I don't think it should be you know units -- -- -- rewarded for losing.
So I look at that and I say I'd rather have Chris Christie I'd rather have -- Rather have may be Portman who like to hear great things about.
But a lot of choices but he's got to be rewarded for victory for logs.
