Sorry these Supreme Court today holding at a team vote on the president's health -- today they disorder -- -- -- showing he had so we already know maybe have their sediment don't we don't know but -- now.
But the final decision is not going to be known for months this is Democrats already blasting justice Antonin Scalia over this com.
What happened to the eighth amendment you really want us to go through these 2700.
Pages.
Expect the -- don't.
Or do you expect this to it -- to give this a function to while -- Clark's big it is this not totally unrealistic.
They were gonna go through this.
Enormous bill I don't buy -- And decide each one.
So some Democrats are blasting that statement but it got us thinking about this statement was.
He here.
So hopefully he won't.
You want.
This event.
It is the case her role.
No.
Clue who can -- we are.
-- it like it.
Incredible let me get this straight events are a lot of these Democrats -- created pass the president's health -- law they didn't have to read it but Justice Scalia does to Mike Huckabee.
Who's.
Moments ago flummoxed that CN word means I am flummoxed I'm I'm I'm a lot of things.
But I'll tell you something I love Scalia I've duck hunting with him actually he's a great guy he's got a tremendous sense of humor -- -- -- Arkansas and -- content with me.
He's quite -- good -- good shot by the way.
So you know you know.
-- -- vines and open your friends Supreme Court does this happen well I don't know I don't know that I'm with Bob the deli owner.
But it got a well but I'm just saying he's got a great sense of humor this is not a surprising to see darkness some of the stuff it's our goal and and I thought it was great because inept in essence he was pointing out the irony of this whole debate.
You have a congress that didn't read it expecting a court.
-- somehow well.
I'd just like for the congress to read the doggone constitution.
I mean that would be nice if they wouldn't even understand that their job is to pass a budget that they won't get that done but they'll pass a 2700 page.
Health care bill that revolutionize is not just health care but the economy and not.
Read it on let's say it is shot down in June that you can read all sorts of things and some of these hearings aren't I never know what went to make of it but it it is shot down.
Democrats seem to be poised to say Republicans.
Torpedoed this it's it's it's it's bush gore all over again.
On and that's going to be their biggest -- clarion call as.
We wanted to help all -- you would.
Good health care for all in those evil Republicans in the Republican -- court stopped.
Well that would only be valid if the overwhelming for -- -- preponderance of American citizens really liked his health care bill and it was very popular.
But the latest polls show that nearly 70% of Americans believe it's unconstitutional and they want it overturned on the court.
So it is not something the Democrats are gonna wanna campaign on if it was such a popular idea.
How come the president didn't lighting cake put two candles on it trotted out last week -- say -- the second anniversary.
Instead he treated this.
Bill like it had the terrible twos and shoved it away and would even talk about it and his own Press Secretary this week.
Has changed all the language was interest in Carney came out now saying it was a bipartisan bill really.
No it's not and talking about how the Republicans had great deal of input and authored the individual mandate.
Total -- have been around governor if it is shot down and let's say this national health -- law was seen as a debacle -- then it's gonna boomerang potentially back on Mitt Romney because they're gonna say you know.
If given the chance the courts would have said the same about -- Thing in Massachusetts well -- it's a big big difference to have something at the state level that is constitutional.
And that state.
And to have something at the federal level that imposes upon the states.
That's the fundamental difference all Romney doesn't have a problem there he might have a problem philosophically defending an individual mandate.
But not the constitutional.
Issue.
That defense have because what they were doing was stepping all over the tenth amendment to get where they got so if you're his vice presidential running mate that's how would you would handle.
Well I wouldn't be you might be but the way you would handle it I trust would be that you would simply say.
That you whatever -- you -- you tried something some parts -- it works -- didn't.
But why would you impose something on fifty states that hadn't decided they want it.
Thank you very very much -- -- penalties hit show tomorrow night the guy's on fire all right does this president.
