There are literally millions of people throughout the world.

Who are living without any access to clean drinking water at all the change that one ordinary American from North Carolina rolled up -- sleeves and got involved.

Doc -- author of wine to water a bartenders quest to bring clean water to the world.

The most shocking thing to me when I first learned about it was what little was being done about it and how little -- was out in the public.

Selling wine to raise money and awareness of the tremendous need for clean water.

He offered the money he raised this America's borders believing the Christian relief organization could use the money to help provide water for people in -- But samaritans -- gave -- counter offer he couldn't refuse he -- they would keep your money.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- And Sudan and in his travels to places like -- -- Where water and food remains scarce and the threat of violence from John -- -- militant forces remains high.

-- assembled a team of Muslim and Christian relief workers.

They have worked through some scary situations.

To complete their humanitarian mission in the middle of a war zone.

Motivated by their common hope to save lives -- these kids.

They got to be children again that this war not only was making them sick from -- -- live an area that and have clean water but it was stealing their childhood.

And I just to seeing how something as simple as clean water.

Right there at someone's fingertips can have that much of an impact my child's life is zero.

And it's it's a life changing experience for sure doc has been working tirelessly to help with relief efforts in Haiti.

For clean water -- been needed since the country was rocked by devastating earthquake.
