Factionalism Bill O'Reilly in the week days of Bernie segment -- -- in the purveyor Bernard Goldberg dot com joins us from Miami.

All right so -- -- what I'd say about this case been pretty consistent.

The today show's surprise me it's run by a guy named Jim -- he's an honest guy.

One -- I've never seen him do any thing like that I think it was just up.

And I'm a mistake from show producer you know -- call in segment producers that's what I think happened there but obviously that can't stand.

Well I I would quibble with your use of the word mistake because it's not a mistake -- the person did it intentionally and here here's what I mean by that.

This was almost this was done probably by a low level segment producer who was almost certainly liberal.

And probably very yup that's that's number one.

But the person either did one of two things -- a hundred and possibilities here.

One is that the person may be -- by taking the 911 operator out asking about race.

Because he -- she didn't think it mattered which is amounts to gross incompetence or.

Or and then I think this is possible.

The producer did it intentionally because there was an agenda I don't know which it is but I think that's possible now as far as CNBC.

Quote on quote investigation.

Hey -- if you or I were running NBC news investigation would be over ten minutes after it began.

We call somebody and we say who did this.

We'd ask why did you do it what were you thinking when you did it and did anybody tell you to do it.

I I don't think they're investigating any more I think they've got a bunch of PR people around the big table.

Trying to come up with a way to to spin this to the public and do the least damage to NBC news.

Well the problem -- the NBC is that because of the MSNBC network.

Which is basically.

John Arnold really know what they're doing over there now and I said this before MSNBC doesn't have a newscasts and -- on Shepard Smith a -- there.

-- -- have news correspondents they borrow NBC's from comic timing to a package but they don't have any.

And then you have Al Sharpton who -- is a show.

Now over and that's fine I mean he's not a factor a lot of meaning guys lively of degree you bring in a number more power to look but now.

What it is Al Sharpton -- show host or AZ the national and -- activists what what is the I don't know what he has I mean I.

You it would be like it would be like me.

All right going out and and having a campaign.

To change.

You -- need some kind of Bosnia for a bit liberal.

Agenda I I I don't understand what it is.

Yet when you ask me about this last week I said that NBC.

MSNBC and any event should have sent to Sharpton you could do one of two things right.

You could either be the anchor or he could be the guy running the rally but I thought about it since that.

I think if if anybody at NBC news cares what I think.

I think they need to cut their relationship with MSNBC.

And MSNBC at times is so irresponsible.

That it rubs off.

On NBC news.

They put their correspondents who are covering the White House one minute for NBC.

And the next minute there on MSNBC.

On the same network that employs Al Sharpton and several other people who I think have been grossly irresponsible.

NBC news is making a big mistake by keeping this relationship going it it is doing nothing for their credibility.

And -- and made that.

The place doesn't even do that well -- -- -- one thing of war and a top ten in cable right but it's like -- 828.

In prime time or something -- numbers of miniscule.

-- -- sixteen years they haven't generated an audience no matter how much of New York Times -- a problem off.

They they don't don't go anywhere so I -- I'm with you I don't know really understand but but when you have a climate of liberalism like that at NBC news.

Andrea Mitchell for examples of correspondent.

But -- -- -- a show on MSNBC you Jesus left wing is they come.

And then you go down the lot where Tim Russert the late Tim Russert he was a fair guy Tim Russert you know might have been a Democrat but -- he gave everybody a hard time.

That's becoming less and less and less over there and they're becoming stronger again -- -- Haitian within ideological.

Agenda does that -- about.

Exit -- there's no doubt about it and that's why say NBC news should reconsider.

Again if they care when I think they should reconsider their relationship cannot make a comment on those sound bites that you played from the congress yet members of congress.

This is very dangerous this is very dangerous.

One congresswoman says it's a lynching.

Another congresswoman congress want a woman Wilson from Florida says he was hunted down.

Like a rabid dog the New York Times just the other day runs about bed.

By an author who says he was shot in cold blood.

Now.

Look I'm willing to except that black people and why people don't always see the same thing the same way because of our different experiences I get that.

But this is so reckless what if it turns out hypothetically.

What if it turns out that George Zimmermann.

-- the investigation says he didn't do anything illegal.

How could people who are yelling that it's yelling for justice the loudly yelling that he was gunned down in cold blood.

In the New York Times.

Yelling that he was hunted down like a rabid dog.

How could they accept anything they can't short of a guilty verdict and a long long prison sentence because anything less than that they'd say.

He was shot down he was shot down -- -- -- was -- like a rabid -- how could you find him not get it right and then trouble ensues.

Well there's no doubt about that that this is way over the line and we're the only network I think that's even call and you know that's even send them out the alarms the other networks seem to not be sending out the alarms some of them are exacerbating the situation -- Bernie thank.
