Thank you -- Wisconsin teachers upset with governor Scott Walker.

-- his anti union law may be trying interesting tactics to boost their recall effort.

Let's take a look at this in -- video posted online by Wisconsin based think tank.

Leaders of the community organizing group the hi -- -- Are seen arriving at a meeting with members of the Wisconsin.

Teachers union.

So back -- -- AF was started.

By the controversial -- a -- -- Who is known for his aggressive and somewhat radical methods of organizing to joining us now with -- Kyle Wilson the founder of education action group.

Aren't there's a lot to get to this morning -- on good morning -- first of all but I explain how do you see this scenario work and out in Wisconsin.

Well it's it's a troubling sign because solid -- and his organization industrial areas foundation.

Has really been the blueprint for for union organizing for union negotiating.

Those sorts of things and so to see his organization coming into the state.

Organizing and and training that the union staff I think is a very disturbing sign because.

If you look at his -- at his tactics if you look at his his theory of how to.

Divided community how to pit one against these against each other how to isolate the target those sorts of things that is not what we need in our schools -- and no kidding.

But it's -- shouldn't be surprising from all we've heard about some the union activities there in Wisconsin.

And we understand that also some of the tactics that are being used -- from a book by Jim Rooney called organizing the South Bronx it includes.

Things like this I AF leaders are brazenly explicit about their appetite for power.

OK but this next -- really bugs me a little bit.

There is no nice way to bring about change all change Kong's -- pressure.

And threats and Kyle we've seen a lot of that in Wisconsin have a way.

That that's right I'm sitting in Madison today and and it's a I very politically charged environment and of course you've got the recalls coming up in June.

And and that's again that's what's disturbing about this is that the unions think that the way to to get what they want is some of that pressure.

Through that agitating.

Through the threats and that sort of thing and and that is not the way that we should be operating our schools.

-- I just point out -- of the other pages in that particular book.

Increase militants -- by polarizing the situation by identifying the enemy and by developing a situation in terms of good guys and bad guys.

And also it is absolutely essential to selecting right targets.

Mean a person.

And build animosity towards him or her.

So that sounds like something some of the things we've been hearing out of Wisconsin it was at janitor who was.

Fired because she had in her car window a bumper sticker supporting governor Scott Walker.

Is that what this has come -- -- to.

Write it well in in the target obviously is Scott Walker there because that there was an assembly that passed pac ten which is the budget bill.

But the target is Scott Walker and everything is about Scott Walker and and and I know you have reported in many others have reported.

About the ugly signs that you know that have been shown with -- Hitler mustache and and the protests in the threats.

The threats on his family all of those sorts of things in it again it is to isolate him.

Two to marginalize him to demonize him.

In order to get their way.

Sure I kind of feel sorry for the teachers who are not political you know there.

There in the senator or there on the right in -- get this stuff I jammed down their throat by the teachers' union by the way we did reach out to be Wisconsin education association they did not respond for comment -- fox inference.

-- -- always a pleasure thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you that give.
