-- -- -- Now you are who your friends are right now we apply that same to the president well we should -- be very scared because the list of his friends and those serving in his administration.
With questionable pass and beliefs well runs very deep and tonight we continue to -- the president.
We look at Harold -- the top legal advisor at the State Department.
Now he espouses some of the most controversial and downright dangerous positions of anybody in Obama's inner circle.
In 2004 he compared the US under President Bush for the likes of Iraq and North Korea saying quote.
Several nations whose disobedience with international law has attracted global attention after September the eleventh most prominently North Korea Iraq and our very -- country.
The United States of America.
For shorthand purposes I -- called these three countries the access of disobedience.
And then in 2007 he made this allegation against the Bush Administration.
A key element.
Of the bush administration's strategy in the war on terror has been what I like to call the Tina Turner question.
Which is when the players hit the tower you suddenly sorry what's law got to do that.
And even alluded to President Bush as a torturer in chief writing quote.
We should resist the claim that a war on terror permits the commander in chief's power to be expanded into all -- power to act as a torturer in chief.
Now -- -- is also on record for firmly opposing the use of targeted drone strikes by the Bush Administration.
But it seems she's now singing a different tune when it comes to President Obama.
And his heavy reliance on the very same technique here with a reaction and a closer look at president Obama's trusted advisor.
On all things diplomatic Fox's contributor Liz Cheney good to see it.
Early on your data here is doing fantastic and really well hosted the Easter Egg Hunt at their house the other day -- and doing very well on sends his best we're very very very happy can't wait there's gonna go hunting and fishing and enjoy life -- -- -- can't exactly.
You look at this you look at Van Jones you look at Brian Jennings.
-- what what are we to make us.
Well you know and and Harold co in addition to everything else.
Is one of the leading advocates of something called sort of the trans national theory of law.
He really believes -- written extensively that international law should trump US domestic clock should trump the US constitution.
You know -- instances where you're talking about our first amendment rights for example our right to bear arms you know he is view is that.
Just because we have an individual right guaranteed in the constitution.
If you've got international bureaucrats folks sitting in Brussels international organizations -- have a different view.
That different views should carry perhaps even more weight -- the constitutional rights away at -- -- what do you make of this you know comparing us to Iraq and North Korea.
Right you know to terrorist regimes and now it's.
Have these crazy ideas about how the world -- -- work.
For this man who said things that are now demonstrably untrue about George Bush about Dick Cheney about John -- who talked about torture.
Who said things that were really slanderous.
Ten now I'll be advocating drone strikes which I fully support the -- otherwise I think they're important but the drone strikes mean you don't get any intelligence.
And there's simply no legal or moral distinction that you can draw between.
Taking out a terrorist which is right thing to do.
And something far less injurious waterboarding him but he is you know I'd like lady -- -- apologize frankly I'd like to see and say look.
I got it wrong.
The reason we are doing this vet the president segment is because I bet you there are many people this audience which is.
Well informed and many people around the country that have no idea that there's been so many radical appointments with so many radical points of view.
An -- 9/11 truths are at an avowed Communist.
And you know we just beginning to touch the surface there have been many of them.
Why do you think it's possible.
That all of these radical appointments were made with so little media scrutiny well I think you know you.
Know the answer to that I think this is a president who has had the backing of the most of the mainstream media from most of his administration I think it's also because at the end of the day the American people.
You know it's very hard pressed to believe how radical these people are.
What Harold -- has a staff -- in terms -- that the preeminence of international law.
Takes away American sovereignty you know he believes that trees should apply to us even if they haven't been ratified.
He you know he he sets out a system in which you simply because an organization like United Nations for example.
Has expressed an opinion on an issue that's something that the judges in the United States had to take into account.
That means that it's not the American people who are to our democratic process protecting our soccer -- Remember the years ago that people that that talked about the concept of one world government -- laughed at.
But I really is really really in many ways when you when you give up the sovereignty of the United States of America.
Woman who's in charge of what whatever happened or rule of law which is our constitution bank and -- -- gets thrown out the window right what's the -- -- is almost like some of the stranger conspiracy theories are advocated by radicals in the administration.
And it goes back to something that -- -- that many times which is this notion that America's not a force for good in the world that America somehow should be constrained.
And the fact that Barack Obama has encouraged these appointments this man works for Hillary Clinton who works for Barack Obama tells you something about the president's view the world.
Which again is so radical it's hard for people to believe but it's very dangerous and and makes all of us less secure frankly.
You know I doubt anybody else in the media's gonna do this thank you for your insight thank you -- mistake.
Please send our our best wishes to data -- I'm glad he's doing so well I mean I think it's it's it's a great story thank you well thank you for chicken into what thank you.
