Fox's the X-Factor kicked off season to auditions last month.
And while the hunt is on to find the next star judge LA Reid is focused on one day.
The whole world should only be concerned about one thing and that is who sits next to me.
On the expected.
A longtime record exact feels fortunate to keep his spot at the judges' table.
He says it wasn't easy to say goodbye to Paula Abdul and of course -- -- It's bittersweet for me to be completely honest I was very concerned and and in very sad you know.
Since then you know we've all talked about it and and we're all moving forward and I'm looking forward to whoever.
We will have there but I have to tell -- that that they're like family to me I love Nicole fault.
-- changes being made to -- so.
He's expecting more from the upcoming contested.
I'd like to see more groups I think groups are important.
I noticed Simon has really keen on looking at some groups and I like to have -- groups for no other reasons as suck and you know sort of -- pick on him for loving them so much.
-- says his relationship with -- crater and fellow judge Simon Cowell remains solid.
I like the fact that you know -- -- we speak our mind that we don't necessarily agree.
And it's not for show and it's not -- TV you're really giving up our real opinions here and I I really enjoy that because whenever someone is a successful.
As Simon or anyone that has that -- success I'm always intrigued by what makes them tick.
But what I won't do is emulated and I -- -- have agreement don't agree but I'm enjoying it I love working -- -- The X-Factor is back this fall only.
On fun.
