One city in North Carolina becoming the first in the nation to completely -- talking on the cell phone while driving and that includes.

Hands free devices Bluetooth you name although some are happy with the change the band is not welcome by all Jonathan Serrie explains why for.

Hi Greg -- some residents who work out of their vehicles say that the new law is overreaching but town officials insist.

It's about safety they say it's not the phone that's dangerous it's the conversation.
